This is the attorney you’re looking for. I had Diana Taylor represent me in a complicated defamation case, and found her to be more knowledgeable than other lawyers who had 30 years more experience than her. I have been represented by 2 other attorney firms in my lifetime, but Diana is the easiest for me to recommend to anyone. Even the judges involved in my case were impressed by Diana’s expertise, one claiming that she turned my “thread of a case into a silk purse.” Beyond Diana’s rich knowledge of current law, what I most appreciated was her integrity. She made clear our boundaries of what we could and could not do from an ethical perspective, and I never felt like we were being dishonest in any way (which was personally important to me through this whole process). I completely trust Diana’s expertise and ethics. If you need a reliable lawyer, please consider her law firm.
In May, I hired Diana to help me understand a severance agreement from my employer. While Diana’s knowledge and interpretation of the agreement was sound, there are two areas that were less than satisfactory. 1. I also hired Diana to write a counter offer to the severance. The letter read a bit strong to me but I trusted her judgment. I later received feedback that the counter letter was so overly aggressive in tone that the employer closed the door on any opportunity for a counter. 2. After we had concluded our business, I received an unsolicited email from Diana just checking in and seeing how things resolved. The situation with my employer was a rough one so I thought she was sending a decent email to see how it wrapped up. So i respond to fill her in. We wound up having a couple of exchanges that in no way aided me at the time. And then nothing happens. 4 months later I receive an invoice for that email exchange. I am disappointed In my experience with this firm.
Diana is what you want in an attorney. She communicates plainly and in a timely manner. She kept me informed and was always available to answer my questions. She is thorough and realistic. I do not like to have to hire attorneys. With that said, Diana has changed how I feel about this process.

They respond to emails and phone calls immediately and they always have words of encouragement to solve the issues promptly with the best results possible.
