The provided reviews offer a mixed perspective on the services of Deborah Y. Bajohr, Esq. One reviewer recounted positive experiences with two prior real estate closings. However, this same reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with a subsequent estate home closing involving a living trust. The feedback highlighted issues with communication, including unanswered calls and delayed email responses over a six-month period. The reviewer ultimately sought assistance from another estate attorney who reportedly completed the matter in three days at a cost of $395. The reviewer indicated an intention to report the experience to the bar.

Another review presented a starkly negative assessment, describing the experience as "the worst legal experience ever" and labeling it as "far and away THE MOST unprofessional business experience" encountered. This reviewer raised concerns about the lawyer's understanding of the law, alleging that Deborah Bajohr encouraged bad faith negotiation, pushed for "preposterous" financial demands at the eleventh hour of closing, and reportedly walked out of the closing proceedings when her demands were not met. The reviewer expressed disbelief at how the practice could be maintained and strongly cautioned others against hiring or working with Ms. Bajohr.

So unprofessional , The worst attempt of a lawyer I had used her for 2 closing ,there was no problems The 3 rd closing was an Estate home from a living trust, so there was not an immediate rush. I gave her all the papers and the trust and she was going to work on it. Deborah said June is a crazy month so I would have to wait. I did, FYI she never would answer my calls and when I emailed her I didn't get an answer for weeks at a time. I contacted my realtor for help and she was going to call her. Only then did I get a call back. Her claim was that this is very time consuming and she will get to it soon Lets move on after 6 months I called and estate attorney and got it done in 3 days .The cost of $395 that's all . I wasted 6 months waiting for Deborah to do nothing. I am going to report her to the bar .Then maybe the next client wont have any problems.

Beware: The worst legal experience ever... I just completed a closing with Deborah Bajohr, and I can honestly say that it was far and away THE MOST unprofessional business experience I have had my entire life. Every aspect about her made me truly question how she could be considered a "lawyer", especially her lack of awareness of....the law. Deborah encouraged her client to negotiate in bad faith in the 11th hour of our closing, motivate her client to continue pushing for a completely preposterous amount of money, and even literally walked out of the closing when she felt her demands were not being met. For someone to, on their own accord, choose to hire or work with Ms. Bajohr would be the single biggest mistake of that individuals life. I am, by all accounts, floored as to how she can maintain a practice, and I genuinely hope that those that read this understand the agony they will sadly endure if they are forced to interact with this "lawyer".

A+ Professional - Eric represented us on our home sale and simultaneous purchase. He was professional, responsive and took the time to explain our options to us at every turn. My deal was complex and he handled it with ease. I cannot recommend him enough. I'd imagine the other reviewers on here were not represented by Eric but instead he was on the other side of the deal!
