Badger, P.A. is crucial.
Information regarding the specific environment of David R. Badger, P.A.'s office can be partially gleaned from client reviews. One reviewer mentioned "CATS roaming around the front of the office," which suggests a less conventional office setting. While this might be a unique characteristic, it's important for potential clients to consider their comfort level with such an environment. Typically, law offices strive for a professional and orderly atmosphere to ensure client confidentiality and instill trust. However, individual preferences for office environments can vary. For a comprehensive understanding of the office setting, a direct visit or inquiry might be beneficial.
Based on the provided client reviews, the services offered by David R. Badger, P.A. include bankruptcy assistance, specifically Chapter 7 bankruptcy. One client recounted a positive experience where the firm successfully helped them navigate the complexities of medical debt and insurance disputes through Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection. This suggests that the firm provides counsel on the process, helps clients understand their options, and represents them in bankruptcy proceedings. The positive review highlights the firm's clarity, organization, and helpfulness throughout the process, even extending support for issues arising after the bankruptcy discharge.
However, another review presents a significantly contrasting experience. This client expressed dissatisfaction with the firm's fees, claiming they were substantially higher than average. Furthermore, they reported a negative interaction regarding a refund of fees when they decided not to proceed with filing, alleging unprofessional conduct and unexpected charges for minimal services. This review raises concerns about transparency in billing practices and the firm's approach to client communication and refunds.
In terms of features, the positive review emphasizes the firm's legal education, advice, integrity, and helpfulness. The client felt well-represented and supported during a stressful time. The willingness of David R. Badger and his staff to provide ongoing counsel even years after the bankruptcy case suggests a commitment to client service. Conversely, the negative review points to a perceived lack of professionalism, high fees, and difficulties in resolving billing disputes. The mention of an unusual office environment with roaming cats might also be considered a distinctive, albeit potentially off-putting, feature for some.

This review highlights their ability to handle complex financial situations, provide clear guidance, and achieve successful outcomes for clients seeking debt relief through Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Our experience with David Badger and his staff was outstanding. I had enormous medical bills after cancer surgery and a MRSA infection acquired during surgery (resulting in 2 more surgeries) because a diasagrement between my spouse's medical insurance coverage and Medicare resulted in bills that should have been paid by my spouse's medical insurance with Medicare as secondary coverage were forced onto Medicare only. After substantial struggles to try to pay all bills responsibly and failing to get the primary insurance to take responsibility, we went to David Badger who advised Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection. We live in our same home and have our same vehicles, but were successfully relieved of the debts we should not have had in the first place. I continue my efforts to get the original mistake corrected but at the point it's unlikely to be successful. David Badger and his staff were clear, articulate, organized, gave excellent advice and counsel, and represented us at the bankruptcy hearing successfully. I continue to ask for his counsel when issues arise as a result of the bankruptcy, and he and his staff are enormously helpful years later. I believe he and his firm are extraordinary in terms of legal education, legal advice, integrity, and helpfulness. He made a very painful experience in our lives understandable and much less stressful.
If you like money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM. If you are in financial distress, or need bankruptcy assistance, I urge you to NOT use this firm. Please do yourself a favor and spend 5-10 minutes looking around Charlotte and you will thank me later. Our family had an absolutely terrible experience with this firm, particularly Ross Bromberger, one of the associates here. First, they wanted roughly $1800, TWICE the cost of a normal fee if you spend even 10 minutes price shopping. Long story short, we paid the fee. Fast forward 8 months later, the case was never filed (not the firm's fault, we were weighing options) - we had simply decided to not pursue/file and asked for a refund of our money. Ross tried to keep HALF the money even though the case was never filed! Are you kidding me? And you pretend like you're trying to help people? In my opinion, we felt like we had been robbed. After MUCH fighting/bickering (in the office mind you, with two screaming children), we were given back a few hundred bucks (still out of pocket almost 400 dollars!). An "invoice" was shown, detailing charges for a emails/phone call and other stuff I couldn't even recognize. In my opinion, this is simply not professional. I hope this young man learns from this experience as I do not think you can treat people this way and expect to stay in business very long. I should have known this place was not professional when they had CATS roaming around the front of the office! Yuck!!!! GO ELSEWHERE.
Excellent attorney!
