Welcome to the "Nearby Lawyers" category, your local online resource for finding legal professionals. We are presenting Dart Adamson & Donovan, a law firm with offices situated at 257 E 200 S #1050 in Salt Lake City, UT 84111, USA. Located in a commercial building in downtown Salt Lake City, Dart Adamson & Donovan provides a physical location for clients seeking legal counsel and representation.

While specific details about the interior environment of Suite 1050 are not available online, the location within a professional office building in the heart of Salt Lake City suggests a standard professional setting for conducting legal consultations and work. The accessibility of the downtown location makes it a potentially convenient option for individuals and businesses in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area seeking legal assistance.

The provided information does not explicitly detail the specific areas of law in which Dart Adamson & Donovan specializes as a firm. Law firms often have attorneys with different areas of expertise to cater to a variety of legal needs. Based on the limited information from the reviews, it can be inferred that the firm handles cases related to divorce and provides services through Legal Professional Paraprofessionals (LPPs). However, a comprehensive list of their practice areas is not available and would require direct inquiry. Common areas of legal practice that a firm like Dart Adamson & Donovan might cover include:

  • Family Law: Including divorce, child custody, child support, and related matters.
  • Civil Litigation: Representing clients in various types of lawsuits and disputes.
  • Business Law: Providing legal advice and services to businesses.
  • Real Estate Law: Handling legal issues related to property.
  • Estate Planning: Assisting with wills, trusts, and estate administration.
  • Other potential areas: Depending on the expertise of the attorneys within the firm.

To obtain a complete understanding of the legal services offered by Dart Adamson & Donovan, it is crucial for potential clients to contact the firm directly. This will allow them to inquire about the specific areas of law in which the firm and its attorneys practice and determine if their legal needs can be adequately addressed.

The available customer reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the services provided by Dart Adamson & Donovan, specifically highlighting the experiences with different individuals within the firm. One review details a highly negative experience with an attorney named Amy Kennedy, who was hired for a divorce case. The reviewer, also an attorney, expresses serious concerns about the representation received, alleging that Ms. Kennedy attempted to concede marital assets, failed to follow up on matters, incurred significant fees for communication, made a substantial error, and charged the client to rectify her mistake in a way that potentially jeopardized the client's rights. This reviewer strongly recommends against using the firm based on this experience with Ms. Kennedy.

In contrast, another review offers a positive experience with a Legal Professional Paraprofessional (LPP) named Susan within the same firm. The client, who was a Pro Se litigant (representing themselves), appreciated the time and guidance Susan provided. The reviewer credited Susan's experience with helping to avoid unnecessary prolongation of litigation, keeping arguments focused, and providing responsive assistance. This client explicitly stated they would seek out Susan again if in need of an LPP.

These contrasting reviews highlight the importance of understanding which specific legal professional within the firm would be handling a case. The experience with one attorney appears to have been significantly negative, while the experience with the LPP was positive. This suggests that the quality of service may vary depending on the individual providing the legal assistance within Dart Adamson & Donovan.

Given the mixed feedback and the lack of specific promotional information, potential clients should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence. Contacting the firm directly at (801) 521-6383 or +1 801-521-6383 is essential to inquire about the attorneys and LPPs currently practicing at the firm, their respective areas of expertise, their experience, and their approach to client service. It would be prudent to ask about the qualifications and experience of the specific individual who would be handling their case.

When considering Dart Adamson & Donovan, local users in Salt Lake City should be prepared to ask detailed questions about the attorneys' backgrounds, their track records in cases similar to their own, the firm's fee structure, and communication protocols. It may also be beneficial to inquire about the role and qualifications of Legal Professional Paraprofessionals within the firm, as one positive review specifically mentioned the helpfulness of an LPP named Susan.

In conclusion, Dart Adamson & Donovan is a law firm located in Salt Lake City, offering legal services. The limited information available suggests that the firm handles divorce cases and provides assistance through Legal Professional Paraprofessionals. However, specific areas of specialization for the firm and its attorneys are not detailed. Customer reviews present a stark contrast in experiences, with one client reporting significant issues with an attorney and another expressing satisfaction with the services of an LPP. Therefore, local users considering Dart Adamson & Donovan should contact the firm directly at (801) 521-6383 or +1 801-521-6383 to inquire about their specific legal needs, the attorneys and LPPs available, their qualifications and experience, and the firm's overall approach to client representation. Thorough communication is crucial to making an informed decision about legal counsel.

As an attorney I hate to leave a review about another attorney. I hired Amy Kennedy at this firm to represent me in a divorce. I had to fight to prevent her from giving away marital assets I was entitled to. She did not follow up, and each call was another $400 in fees. She made a huge mistake but wouldn’t admit it and charged me well over a thousand dollars to fix her mistake in a way that put my rights at risk. Had I not pushed back on her errors then fired her, my case would not be settled today (and it is only two months later) and I would have walked away with hundreds of thousands less than I received in the settlement negotiated by my new attorney. Stay away!

I hired an LPP from this firm to help me as a Pro Se litigant. I appreciated the time and wisdom Susan gave me. Her experience helped me avoid extending litigation further than it needed to go. She helped me keep my arguments on track and was responsive when I needed assistance. If I were in need of an LPP again, I would seek out Susan.

Our attorney had big promises, but poor execution. She tripped over her words constantly during the opening argument - it seemed like she was beyond nervous and couldn’t get a strong cadence through anything. In my opinion, the Judge argued against our cause as a result.

Attorney Kim McGregor is listed on website. Although allegedly still 'practices' law from home according to receptionist, I was given a phone number to contact her that she obviously never answers or returns phone calls. I'm not impressed

Bert Dart represented of many years ago. I interviewed five attorneys and he was clearly the best, by far. Now I need more help so I'm hoping someone in his firm can help again
