I used Dan and his office for the sale of my condo. They were attentive and on top of everything, making the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend if you want an attorney that will make your real estate transaction very smooth and easy.
There are several negative reviews here (including someone who wasn't even represented by Kaufman and Associates), but I wanted to share my actual previous experiences with this firm. In the past five years, we have purchased two homes and sold a home while being represented by Kaufman and Associates and everything was fantastic. Ira is honest, understanding, experienced and will fight for what's best for his client's interests. We respected his tenacity; he's' the type of attorney you want on your side of the table. Jeanette and Linda were also a pleasure to work with; they're extremely courteous and responsive to your concerns when you call the office. We recently referred a close friend who was represented by this firm with the sale and purchase of their home, who also had a positive experience. Don't listen to the complainers here - this firm does great work.
The experience was unpleasant. There was an issue with our closing. In order to resolve the issue I was directed to contact the attorney's office.The individual who awnsered the phone....she said her name was Jannette. She said she was the office manager. I'm very disappointed. The office manager responded in an unprofessional manner. She was very disrespectful. She cut me off several times(not listening to my issue), continued to display her lack of professionalism as she continued to focus on the physical tone of my voice rather than my issue at hand. Working in customer service requires a patient and understanding persona. Never should you be offended or respond negatively to the physical tone of a client. Your job is to assure the client your listening. That alone will resolve the physical tone issue. Clients love to be heard, and it is the job of the professional to make sure that is done.
Daniel Kaufman is a high-integrity individual, and that translates directly to how he handles working with his clients. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone in need of his services.
I had a closing today Mr. Kaufman was the sellers attorney. Being unprofessional is an understatement screaming and using profanity and hanging up in my lawyers face all over $130.00. Your client tenant left the house in bad shape. Dirty stuff everywhere. I don't even have keys for a house i just purchased whete was your concern. I would not use your service to purchase anything.
