Beth Creighton of Creighton & Rose came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Beth is an absolute all-star in her field and always had my best interest in mind during my case. The Creighton and Rose team is very good at what they do! Their attorneys are very knowledgeable in the law, the court systems, and everything needed to fix the issue at hand. The attorneys are very personable and help you understand what is going on, translating what I call "lawyer talk." They will fight hard for you and make sure they do all they can to resolve your issue.

The Creighton & Rose team is in the very best in class for what they do. Their attorneys have a very good knowledge of the law, the local court systems, and the processes needed to resolve the issues that they focus on. They are very clear on what they are good at as well as where they cannot perform as well. After my good experiences with them on addressing some traffic ticket type issues I wanted to bring them in other categories. They were very good about letting me know where they could excel as well as where someone else could do a better job. I would recommend this firm to anyone at any time.

On a timeline and was trying to expeditiously have a conversation with a lawyer about a suit that needed to be filed. Secretary passes you to the intake person where you must spend over 40 minutes trying to explain your situation that she has some difficulty comprehending and begins to merge two different facets of local government in her re-telling so you must stop/explain all afternoon while none of this will matter as you still need to converse with the lawyer. Documents requested... Documents requested... Documents requested and still have no conversation or details about rates or timeline with the lawyer. Finally, as they are clearly not interested in being helpful, the snarky secretary (likely same one from review 8 years ago) says "good luck" as the lawyer will be going on a "much-needed vacation" and won't be available to you which, if had been true, would have been easily stated the week prior before consuming all of my time. Don't waste yours! Fortunately, others will return calls!

I called and they told me I needed to file with the EEOC first and get an initial determination. I filed with EEOC and then called back today (a year and a half later). The call lasted 1 minute and 35 seconds, which was apparently too long for them, because (spoiler) they hung up on me at the end, When I called and told them I had filed with EEOC and been denied and needed a lawyer to write a letter or deliver a Habius Corpus, they told me they weren't taking new customers. I asked them for a referral, and they told me to call the state bar. I could tell they were about to hang up and asked for them to please give me an idea of whoelse to talk to that wasn't random, like the State Bar is, and they hung up on me.... even while I was saying that I didn't appreciate their attitude and would be writing this review if they hung up on me.
