Nothing but praise for the staff and our lawyer Natalia that handled our case. From the start of our case, we saw a big difference than others we used. This “law firm” should not be allowed to represent clients. They deliberately stopped contacting me resulting in my case being dismissed. When I tried to contact them on more than 3 occasions, my calls were never returned. The trustees office informed me they had reached out to my “attorney” weeks before I called their office. They tried to inform my “attorney” that my funds were returned due to my address not being updated. My attorney never reached out to me in any way to get this information updated. When I called Credit solutions, the disrespectful receptionist said that there was no record that they had not called me although my number and email address had not changed. They are nasty and rude people. Arnie and his staff are so unprofessional it is disgusting. They do not care that people are filing bankruptcy to get their heads above water. Instead they just take the money without doing much work and ignoring clients.
