I was often interrupted, the gentleman (for lack of a better term) even rose his voice in frustration at me for no apparent reason (I thought I was dealing with the hard time) and he eventually said, "Obviously, you know more about this than I do." Well, I'll be spending my stimulus check elsewhere. I won't be receiving any help here. Actually, he made me feel worse. So, 1-Star and a lost opportunity. Not like this will do much.
