Constantino Law Office PC is a legal practice situated at 8537 S Redwood Rd D, West Jordan, UT 84088, USA. Operating within the "Nearby Lawyers" category, this firm primarily focuses on debt collection and creditors' rights. Their location in West Jordan provides a local presence for clients and parties involved in legal matters in the area, offering a convenient point of contact within the community.
The office at 8537 S Redwood Rd D suggests a professional and structured environment typical of a law firm. While specific details about the interior ambiance are not publicly detailed, such an office would be equipped to handle legal documentation, communications, and client interactions related to their practice areas. The address indicates a presence within a commercial area, making it accessible to those seeking their services or who are interacting with them as part of a legal process.
Based on publicly available information, Constantino Law Office PC, led by Gregory M. Constantino, specializes in a range of services centered around debt recovery and creditors' rights. Mr. Constantino, the founder and president, graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. The firm has extensive experience in various aspects of civil litigation related to collections. Their practice areas are known to include:
Commercial Collections: Recovering debts owed by businesses.
Retail Collections: Pursuing consumer debts, often on behalf of credit card companies and other lenders.
Replevin Actions: Legal actions to recover personal property.
Foreclosures: Handling the legal process of reclaiming property due to unpaid debts.
Creditors' Rights in Bankruptcy: Representing creditors' interests when debtors file for bankruptcy.
Construction Claims: Addressing disputes and collections within the construction industry.
The firm has been noted to regularly collect debts for major credit card companies, banks, large national debt buyers, local Utah hospitals, and collection agencies. This indicates a significant presence in the debt collection landscape, serving a diverse clientele of creditors.
However, it is imperative to present an objective introduction, and in the case of Constantino Law Office PC, publicly available reviews present a notably negative perspective on their practices and client interactions. These reviews indicate significant concerns regarding communication, transparency, and perceived ethical behavior. One client expressed disbelief, stating, "Can't believe their practices are legal. I haven't gotten a single piece of mail to my residence, I've left several voicemails and emails with no response." This points to a severe lack of responsiveness and adherence to basic communication protocols, which can be highly distressing for individuals facing legal action.
The same review further claims that the firm "will pervasively go behind your back and exhibit unruly and unjust behaviors because they can." The client also states they were "sued me without me seeing a single document, and I wasn't able to go to court or plead my case, or talk to them. They are to blame for that." These accusations highlight potential issues with due process, communication of legal proceedings, and a perceived unwillingness to engage with individuals directly to resolve disputes. The review concludes with strong sentiment, "Overall, i wouldn't wish their presence on my worst enemy," which reflects a deeply unsatisfactory experience.
Another review echoes these communication difficulties, describing "predatory debt collection vibes." This client reported sending an email stating they had no knowledge of a person whose debt was being collected, only to be told the email was not received. They noted, "I had to stay on the phone with Liz and send the email multiple times for her to receive it." This suggests systemic issues with their communication channels or internal processes, leading to frustration and difficulty for those trying to communicate with the firm. Such experiences can erode trust and create significant barriers for individuals attempting to resolve legal matters or clarify misunderstandings.
These reviews collectively paint a picture of a law firm that, while specializing in debt collection for creditors, faces substantial criticism regarding its interaction with debtors or individuals mistakenly targeted for collection. The concerns revolve around a perceived lack of transparency, difficulty in communication, and a potentially aggressive approach that prioritizes winning cases over fostering fair or accessible resolution processes for all parties involved.
From a promotional standpoint, given the public sentiment, Constantino Law Office PC would face a significant challenge in building a positive public image, particularly among general consumers. If they were to promote their services to potential creditors, they might emphasize their efficiency and successful track record in debt recovery, as this is their primary function. However, for a general audience or for individuals who might be on the receiving end of their collection efforts, the existing reviews present a deterrent. Any promotional efforts would need to address the concerns raised by past interactions and perhaps highlight any measures taken to improve communication and client experience, if such measures exist.
The firm's phone number, (801) 748-4747, and mobile phone number, +1 801-748-4747, are available for contact. However, the reviews suggest that reaching them and receiving a response might be challenging for some individuals. It is critical for any legal entity, especially one operating in the public sphere, to ensure effective and transparent communication channels.
In conclusion, Constantino Law Office PC, located at 8537 S Redwood Rd D, West Jordan, UT 84088, USA, is a law firm operating in the "Nearby Lawyers" category with a specialized focus on debt collection and creditors' rights. While the firm possesses experience in civil litigation, commercial and retail collections, and other related areas, publicly available customer reviews highlight significant concerns regarding their communication practices, responsiveness, and perceived fairness in dealing with individuals. These criticisms suggest that while the firm effectively pursues claims on behalf of creditors, there are notable challenges in how they interact with all parties involved in legal proceedings. For individuals seeking legal counsel or those engaged in legal matters involving this firm, the available public feedback underscores the importance of thorough due diligence and consideration of communication preferences.

Can't believe their practices are legal. I haven't gotten a single piece of mail to my residence, I've left several voicemails and emails with no response. All I have ever wanted to do was pay my total and be on my way. They clearly don't want that, and will pervasively go behind your back and exhibit unruly and unjust behaviors because they can. They are to be avoided like the plague. Which should be easy since the only correspondence you will have with them is through the court. They are unwilling and unable to even speak to you as a citizen, and give you simple and clear answers. They sued me without me seeing a single document, and I wasn't able to go to court or plead my case, or talk to them. They are to blame for that. I now understand the joke about lawyers working a dishonest job. They exist to win cases, not be a good person. Overall, i wouldn't wish their presence on my worst enemy.
They somehow thought I employed someone that had some debt that needed to be collected. I sent an email saying that I had never heard of this person and they never worked for me but they "didn't receive my email." I immediately got some predatory debt collection vibes. I had to stay on the phone with Liz and send the email multiple times for her to receive it. If these guys are after you... good luck.
Unprofessional money hungry people. I sent in a letter answering their “case” multiple times with no answer and they decided to send it to court. Emily is the worst person at this greedy company and I truly hope she is fired
This company is a fraud, they garnish wages and send a notice that it was completed. Just to come right back after you multiple times for the same debt. Called and spoke with someone, who was extremely rude. Was informed that garnishments can only last a year, they don't even know the laws of the state they operate in. Seeking legal action to end the fraud. And I've turned them over to the state for their dirty practices.
He puts the "con" in constantino This guy should be disbarred and thrown in jail. Seriously. He buys old debts no one cares about and sues for huge amounts of money. Asks for ridiculous settlements that don't even make sense, (70% of WHAT?!) then if you try to defend yourself instead of taking the default judgment, he belittles you to the court. All while rescheduling court dates to take Hawaiian vacations. This man is truly the scum of the earth. Beware.
