A significant concern raised is the denial of an offer without the client's knowledge and a lack of email replies. The review culminates in a mandatory conference where Attorney Leah Cole reportedly "knew nothing about my case" despite representing the client for a year, forcing the client to provide a detailed overview. The case, a four-year back injury matter, concluded with what the client felt was an inadequate $3900 offer, which Leah Cole encouraged them to accept. The very best attorney and firm for all your needs. They stand by their clients and never give up. I first thought my case would never get results. Attorney Leah Cole never stopped fighting. Even after years past she felt my concerns, sufferings, reassured me, and only she got results no one else could. While most attorneys would have thrown in the towel Leah Cole never did. I love this firm. I thank Leah Cole and my kids thank Attorney Leah Cole. When you need the best put your faith in Leah Cole and Law Office Cole, Fisher, Cole & O’Keege and Mahoney.
Sadly unorganized. My attorney Leah left the core of my case with Legal assistant Pam Hernandez. Pam was horrible at communicating. I was constantly left out of the loop. I was never called in to discuss the case. I never knew I could challenge my AME until it was to late. An offer was made and It was denied without me even knowing. I would not even get a email reply. At the mandatory conference to settle my case my attorney Leah Cole showed up and knew nothing about my case. Mind you she has been “representing” me for a year. I literally had to feel her in. My 4 year back injury case ended with a 3900 offer. Which she encouraged me to accept. My life is changed by this injury and I had been left on the back burner the whole time by my attorney and her office. I feel so robbed of true representation and wish I’d chose a different attorney to begin with. I don’t at all in a million years advise any living soul to trust this office with their case. Please find someone to represent you that will actually do just that. Research as much as you can before selecting an attorney.
