Cifrodello Law Offices Introduce
For individuals in Hackensack, NJ, and surrounding areas seeking legal representation, particularly in matters concerning traffic violations and DUI/DWI defense, Cifrodello Law Offices operates within the "Nearby Lawyers" category. Located at 411 Hackensack Ave F2, Hackensack, NJ 07601, USA, the firm is positioned to serve the local community. It is important to present an objective introduction based on available information, including varied client experiences.
The office environment at 411 Hackensack Ave F2, Hackensack, NJ, can be expected to be a standard professional setting for a law firm. As a suite within a larger building, it likely offers a structured and private space for client consultations. While specific details about the interior design are not provided, a law office typically maintains an organized and functional environment, where clients can discuss their legal concerns with some degree of privacy. The location on Hackensack Avenue provides a central point of access for clients in the area, offering convenience for scheduling appointments and court preparations.
Based on the provided customer reviews, Cifrodello Law Offices appears to offer services related to traffic violations and DUI/DWI defense. One client specifically praises "Attorney Cifrodello" for the "dismissal on my Son’s DUI," indicating a capacity to handle serious traffic-related offenses with favorable outcomes. This suggests that the firm likely provides legal counsel for various motor vehicle infractions, including speeding tickets, reckless driving, license suspensions, and more significant charges like Driving Under the Influence (DUI) or Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). These services involve representing clients in municipal courts, negotiating with prosecutors, and potentially litigating cases to achieve reduced penalties, dismissal of charges, or avoidance of points on a driving record.
The features of Cifrodello Law Offices, as gleaned from client feedback, present a mixed picture. On one hand, a highly positive review highlights the firm's ability to achieve a successful outcome in a DUI case, leading to a "dismissal." This indicates that, at least in certain instances, the firm possesses the legal expertise and strategic approach necessary to achieve positive results for clients facing significant charges. The client's sentiment, "Couldn’t have a better lawyer. Thank again," reflects strong satisfaction with the result and the attorney's performance in that specific case.
However, another review details a significantly negative experience, particularly concerning a matter involving "five moving violations." This client's feedback points to several critical concerns regarding the firm's features and service delivery. Key issues raised include a perceived lack of thorough preparation by the attorney before a court appearance ("had not been filled in on any of the details"), inadequate communication with the client before the court date ("I never got to speak to a lawyer"), and a feeling that the client's perspective was not heard ("when I attempted to explain it he said it was unnecessary. ... does not hear the client out or care much to help them"). The client also expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome, receiving "no breaks on fines" or "points," and perceived the service as unprofessional and primarily fee-driven ("seems like the kind of place that just wants to collect their fee and go home"). Punctuality was also an issue, with the lawyer arriving "an hour late." These contrasting reviews suggest that while the firm may achieve success in some areas, consistency in client communication, preparation, and perceived attentiveness might vary.
For promotional information, Cifrodello Law Offices would typically highlight their successes, such as the DUI dismissal mentioned in the positive review. They would likely emphasize their specialization in traffic and DUI/DWI defense, positioning themselves as experienced advocates in municipal court settings. The phone number, (732) 667-3764, and mobile number, +1 732-667-3764, provide direct lines for potential clients to inquire about services. The firm would likely encourage prospective clients to contact them for a consultation to discuss their specific traffic or DUI charges. The convenience of their Hackensack location would also be a key selling point for local residents seeking a "Nearby Lawyer."
It is important for potential clients to consider both the positive and negative feedback when evaluating Cifrodello Law Offices. While the firm clearly has the capability to secure favorable outcomes in complex cases like DUI dismissals, the concerns raised in the negative review regarding communication, client engagement, and perceived professionalism are significant. Prospective clients would be advised to conduct thorough due diligence, perhaps by having a detailed initial consultation where they can explicitly discuss expectations regarding communication, case strategy, and fee structure, to ensure the firm's approach aligns with their needs and preferences. The information suggests that while the firm can deliver results, client experience regarding engagement and communication may not always be consistent.
In conclusion, Cifrodello Law Offices, located at 411 Hackensack Ave F2, Hackensack, NJ, offers legal services primarily focused on traffic violations and DUI/DWI defense within the "Nearby Lawyers" category. The firm has demonstrated success in achieving favorable outcomes, such as DUI dismissals, which is a significant positive. However, client experiences regarding communication, preparation, and overall satisfaction appear to be varied. For individuals in Hackensack seeking legal assistance for traffic or DUI matters, Cifrodello Law Offices provides a local option, and potential clients are encouraged to carefully weigh all available information and personal consultation experiences before making a decision.

Like the other one star review here, I had an awful experience with this firm. I had received five moving violations in an unmarked envelope in the mail from a nearby towns municipal court. When I inquired about the tickets I found out that an off-duty police officer in their personal vehicle that was not equipped with lights says they saw me do something. I was not pulled over because they did not have lights or sirens, they were not on duty, and not in a police car. This officer decided to either run back to the station immediately or take down my information and write me five tickets the next time they were on duty, and write on the envelope Rochelle Park municipal court, hand delivering it to my father's house. I spoke with Tony on the phone. He was very personable and assured me that the situation was ridiculous and they would be able to help. Tony was the only person in the office I spoke with before the court date. I never got to speak to a lawyer. When I arrived for court and was greeted by the lawyer, he had not been filled in on any of the details of what happened. And when I attempted to explain it he said it was unnecessary. What I assumed happened is he just let the prosecutor do whatever they wanted, because I did not get any brakes on fines, I did not get any breaks on points, and still had to pay the lawyer $850 for showing up and speaking to the prosecutor for a total of 5 minutes, after arriving an hour late by the way. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful law firm, does not hear the client out or care much to help them. Seems like the kind of place that just wants to collect their fee and go home. Would not recommend to anybody with moving or traffic violations.....
Attorney Cifrodello, Thank you for the outcome on my Son’s case. Dwight, was very please with the dismissal on his DUI. Couldn’t have a better lawyer. Thank again
guess my experience was not like some others here, and I can only go by the way it went for me - not too great! the para in the office , Tony, was super personable, and so I signed on to use this attorney. On my next call about a question, unfortunately I got Mr. Cifradello himself, and he started yelling at me and said he was "an attorney" and had no time for me. I actually called to speak with Tony, but was shocked at his manner, and afraid he might be equally rude or unhinged in court. Tony apologized for him, saying he had been "on edge" lately, and tense, not sure why, but assured me court would go well. Waiting in Zoom on court day, I did not hear a word from Mr. Cifradello before he went to the prosecutor; he never asked about the circumstances of how the tickets I had were given to me, what happened, etc. For $250 he simply spoke to the prosecutor knowing not a thing about the date in question, and THEN told me the outcome. When I asked him why he had not conferred with me first, he just kept telling me what a tremendous job he had done, and how much he saved me. I honestly believe I could have done as well or better alone if I had explained the circumstances to the prosecutor accurately myself. Only then did I get a chance to explain what happened to Cifradello, and THEN, AFTER the judge had already sentenced and fined me, THEN Cifradello told the judge what I had just told him. But of course it was irrelevant by then. In fact, the judge said to Cifradello "I am sure you discussed this already with the prosecutor." Of course HE HAD NOT - because he didn't know it HIMSELF until after he did the plea bargaining. I can't judge the ultimate outcome (the fine was about $100 MORE than Tony said it would be initially), but I am darned sure that when you hire an attorney for five or ten minutes of work for $250, you deserve at least several minutes to speak with them BEFORE they "defend" you. What a poor choice. I could never recommend this firm. And when I called Tony to tell him of my disappointment, he said "You know you were awesome the first time we spoke, but since then you are really SOUR" - in other words, if I didn't appreciate the inadequate service, something is wrong with ME. That sealed it for me. Not at all a good place to do business. SHAMING a dissatisfied client. Wow. The icing on a rotten cake.
Was helped by him, and he resolved everything just as advised. Thanks again and I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends about your work.
