This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Charles E Lozano, drawing from publicly available information and detailed client reviews, to inform local users about the perceived environment, services, features, and relevant public information concerning his practice.
The office environment of Charles E Lozano, situated at 1600 Rosecrans Ave in Manhattan Beach, suggests a professional setting common to legal practices. This address is within a commercial area, and such offices typically feature standard amenities designed for legal consultations, including reception areas and private meeting rooms for confidential discussions. While explicit details about the interior ambiance are not available from the provided information, the nature of his role as minors counsel implies a need for a professional and perhaps neutral space where sensitive family matters, especially those involving children, can be addressed. Law offices handling family disputes usually prioritize an environment that facilitates open communication while maintaining a formal setting for legal proceedings and discussions.
The primary service provided by Charles E Lozano, as indicated by the reviews, is acting as a minors counsel in child custody cases. In this capacity, his role is to represent the independent interests of the child, which may not always align with the wishes of either parent. This involves interacting with the child, reviewing case information, and making recommendations to the court regarding custody and visitation arrangements that are deemed to be in the child's best interest. Beyond direct counsel, the service also entails navigating complex family dynamics, understanding allegations of abuse or manipulation, and advocating for the child's perspective within the legal system. The public records available from the State Bar of California confirm Charles Eugene Lozano's active license to practice law in California, admitted in 2003, and his listed address and phone number (310) 321-7640 are consistent across various legal directories. His official website is not listed in public records, but FindLaw indicates a website at http://www.lozanolaw.org, which would be a primary source for further service details if it is active and maintained.
The features of Charles E Lozano's practice, as perceived by clients, are a significant aspect of the provided feedback. While the role of minors counsel is to act impartially in the child's best interest, the reviews highlight a perception of strong bias and a lack of impartiality. Clients describe experiences where Charles E Lozano allegedly "shamelessly sided with my ex-partner," showing "blatant disregard for ethics and professionalism." This suggests a feature of his practice that, according to these testimonials, leans towards a specific viewpoint rather than a neutral assessment of the child's welfare from all perspectives. The reviews repeatedly mention "bullying and intimidation tactics," "coercion and manipulation," and an alleged tendency to "yell, jumps to conclusions, makes all kinds of threats and assumptions." This indicates a perceived aggressive and confrontational approach in his professional interactions. Clients express that he "doesn’t like you he will give the parent you are up against more time, regardless if they are abusive," suggesting a perceived lack of objectivity influenced by personal disposition rather than the objective facts of the case. Furthermore, the concern that he claimed to know the child's best interests after seeing them only "a handful of times" points to a perceived superficial understanding of the child's situation. The issue of privileged conversations and not listening to the child's expressed desires also surfaces, which directly contradicts the core purpose of a minors counsel. These detailed accounts paint a picture of a legal professional whose methods and decision-making process are, according to these specific clients, highly contentious and problematic.
Regarding promotional information, in the context of the "Nearby Lawyers" category, the publicly available reviews serve as the most direct and, in this case, critical form of information for potential clients. While traditional promotional materials from legal professionals often highlight positive aspects, the available testimonials for Charles E Lozano are overwhelmingly negative. These reviews act as a warning to potential clients, detailing significant concerns about ethical conduct, bias, lack of empathy, and alleged disregard for the child's true best interests. The review titles themselves, such as "Beware of Unethical Conduct: Review of Corrupt Minors Counsel," explicitly convey a cautionary message. The detailed narratives, including specific examples of perceived misconduct like encouraging a child to visit an alleged abuser and ignoring a child's pleas, function as powerful dissuasive information. The sentiment that "The system is broken and people like Charles Lozano are the problem" serves as a direct and strong indictment of his professional impact from the perspective of these reviewers. For local users, these reviews directly influence the perception of services offered, acting as a form of "anti-promotion" based on dissatisfaction rather than positive endorsement.
For those in Manhattan Beach and the wider Los Angeles area seeking legal counsel in family court matters, particularly when a minors counsel is involved, the information surrounding Charles E Lozano presents a complex picture. His contact information is (310) 321-7640 for both phone and mobile. While he is an actively licensed attorney and holds the court-appointed role of minors counsel, the specific client reviews available online raise serious concerns about his impartiality, ethical conduct, and effectiveness in representing a child's best interests according to these specific parents' experiences. These reviews suggest that prospective clients should exercise extreme vigilance and thorough due diligence when considering or encountering Charles E Lozano in family court proceedings, especially given the profound impact such roles have on child welfare and family dynamics. The publicly available complaints serve as a critical piece of information for any local user seeking to understand the experiences of others with this particular legal professional within the "Nearby Lawyers" category.

Title: Beware of Unethical Conduct: Review of Corrupt Minors Counsel My experience with the minors counsel assigned to our custody case was nothing short of a nightmare. Instead of impartially representing the best interests of my child, this individual shamelessly sided with my ex-partner, demonstrating a blatant disregard for ethics and professionalism. Throughout the entire ordeal, the minors counsel's actions were characterized by bias, intimidation, and bullying tactics, leaving me feeling powerless and marginalized in a system that was supposed to prioritize the well-being of my child. From the outset, it was evident that the minors counsel had already made up their mind, aligning themselves with my ex-partner without giving fair consideration to the facts of the case. Despite my repeated attempts to present evidence and voice legitimate concerns about my child's welfare, I was met with dismissiveness and hostility. Instead of advocating for my child's rights, the minors counsel acted as a mouthpiece for my ex-partner's agenda, further entrenching the imbalance of power in the proceedings. What was particularly distressing about the minors counsel's conduct was their propensity for bullying and intimidation tactics. Instead of engaging in constructive dialogue and collaboration, they resorted to coercion and manipulation, attempting to silence my voice and undermine my credibility as a parent. It was abundantly clear that their objective was not to seek the truth or promote fairness but rather to assert their own authority and control over the proceedings at any cost. As a result of the minors counsel's corrupt behavior, my child's best interests were ultimately sidelined, and the custody decision was heavily skewed in favor of my ex-partner. Not only did this outcome fail to reflect the reality of our situation, but it also exposed the inherent flaws and injustices within the legal system, where those in positions of authority can abuse their power with impunity. In conclusion, I caution anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to be vigilant and proactive in safeguarding their rights and the rights of their children. The conduct exhibited by the corrupt minors counsel in our case is a sobering reminder of the need for greater accountability and transparency within the family court system. It is my hope that by sharing my story, others will be empowered to challenge injustice and demand accountability from those entrusted with protecting the most vulnerable among us. My child was able to recognize the unjust behavior and make their own decision regarding their relationship with the other parent. It's truly heartening when children can assert their own agency and prioritize their well-being in challenging situations. My child's choice to distance themselves from the other parent, especially after I obtained full custody, reflects their resilience and their understanding of what is best for their own mental and emotional health. As a parent, it brought me immense relief to see my child empowered to make such a decision. It speaks volumes about the trust and connection they have with me and their ability to discern what is healthy for them in their relationships. While it's unfortunate that they had to experience such difficulties, it's heartening to know that they have come out of it with a sense of clarity and independence. My child's well-being and happiness is paramount, and it's clear that I am dedicated to ensuring they thrive.
The system is broken and people like Charles Lozano are the problem. People who have no interest or clue in the reality of coparenting with a narcissist can't begin to understand what it actually takes. Imagine thinking someone in a position of power is coming to help you and all they do is make it worse. That's how my child feels. My child feels voiceless and disregarded. Charles Lozano acts unethically. He is very quick to anger, he yells, jumps to conclusions, makes all kinds of threats and assumptions. If he doesn’t like you he will give the parent you are up against more time, regardless if they are abusive. briefly: My child was being abused by their other parent/other parent’s partner so much that a restraining order was had. My child did not want to start visiting again. I let minor’s counsel know. I was told that I needed to be more encouraging. I needed to encourage my child it was okay to go back with their abusers? Minors counsel said he knows my child’s best interests and acts on them. Minors counsel has seen my child a handful of times. Minor’s counsel gave my child’s abusive parent more time, despite my child telling minor’s counsel not to do so. Even afterwards my child asked if minor’s counsel would fix it. Nothing has been done. I have asked minors counsel about adjusting the times again and I was told that I couldn’t talk to my child about this. He claimed it was a privileged conversation, even though my child would cry to me and would tell me Charles is not listening them. My child’s other parent is constantly calling police to my home, making false allegations to CPS, manipulates and has been using intimidation on my child to coerce my child into protecting their abusers. Even though it has been distressing for my child and caused behavioral issues Charles chooses to look the other way.
A great attorney who spoke up for me when the judge did not give me opportunities to speak. Even after the case, I was blessed to receive counsel from him though clinics he devoted his time to free of charge. A good man and good attorney: Even while the outcome wasn’t what I had hoped for, it ultimately worked out for the greater good of my child within God’s plan.

What court appointed attorney represents a young boy and gives more time to the dad, who's dad's girlfriend had a child abuse case open for smacking the young boy in the face, and making fun of him for crying while they were in court? This guy.
