Terrible Terrible scam artist. This man should be disbarred, how he continues to practice law is beyond delusional. Railroads defendants into plea deals without specific sentences stated after charging upwards of 25k. Refuses to provide clients with full proof of evidence presented. I'm reporting him to the Bar Association and BBB every way I can and would go as far as saying the DOJ needs to investigate him!
Stay away from this guy , he is a snake . I hired him in 2003 for my federal case . He promised me he would get me out and at a charger of $30,000 . Well fast forward and here it is 2016 I was just released. To make a long story short , he took my $ and all I was able to get from him was 3 way calls through his secretary. He would never take my calls from jail and he would always tell his secretary Danielle to tell his clients he is in court when he would be sitting right there . She eventually quit because she got tired of lying for him to so many families. So all in all do not hire this guy , he will be nice and soft as drug store cotton before you pay him and after you do , you will get the run around and not the outcome of what you were told . He knows the law but he uses it to lie to clients to get their money so he can live in the posh community of old money EDINA with your hard earned dollars ,While you sit and rot in jail . I was promised a 6 year sentence but when I got to sentencing I was given 15 years in federal prison of which I ended up losing my house , job etc .... I had to serve 13 years when I could have avoided all of this had he told me the truth from the beginning. But he is only after your money so if you hire him be prepared to get lied too until you get your sentence. He also got my friend who I referred to him a 17 year sentence so all in all hire at your own risk . This review would be too long if I told you all the people he has railroaded so good luck but he is not your guy . When you hear him say he is on board you better watch out .
Stay clear of this commission breath reeking pathological liar.he is only nice when he is sweet talking you and your family for his retainer but once that is paid,all bets are off.he received a retainer for 20k for my criminal defense which included expert witnesses.he did not provide any experts when my trial came.he is very judge mental,you will get the runaround regarding any follow up,he was totally unprepared for my trial and coerced me into a plea deal which ruined my life in every way. This man should be disbarred. Run far away
Requested my case discovery numerous times and requested pre trial motions be filed. Nothing was done as requested. Didn't get any case discovery until after my conviction! Craig ended up talking me into a bench trial stating the judge would be fair and go by the evidence. No chance I would be found guilty. I was bogusly convicted of assault after police and ER doctor testified that their were zero signs of assault. I feel he single handedly threw me to the wolves! Very POOR service and very judgemental. If you value your freedom I would be VERY cautious!
