Im still in disbelief about what Carol Ann Moses did to my family and me, hence I think this review will help others to be cautious about hiring her for any services. Carol tried to defraud me for 1500$. Days after I signed up for her services, she knew that the case will not go forward, however, she kept sending me emails for another 3 months, saying that she is working hard on the case. After about 3 months, she sent me an email, saying how "wonderful of a job she have done, and that the case will not proceed forward". As an immigrant, I couldn't leave the country to see my dying grandmother with a pending case. Carol knew that, however her greed is bigger than her sense of morality. She strongly advised me not to call the court to find out details on my own, because "there were too many interns who might make things worse". All that after she knew that there was no case filed A year later, I needed to apply for a government clearance, so I filled up Freedom of information request to learn about details of the case, and the truth came out: Carol was in touch with the court clerk 2 days after I signed up for her services, and she received a very clear email saying that no charges will be filled. Furthermore, she instructed the clerk to not send any correspondence directly to my home address, therefore I kept paying her for 3 months for non-existing "work". Without her "help" I would have received a letter directly from court within a week following the incident, and would be able to say goodbye to my grandma. Im still not sure why (supposedly) an educated professional would do something like that. After confronting her about her blatant lies, she immediately send me my money back, and apologized in a very insincere fashion saying that she is feeling "uneasy" I reported her to CA bar association and hope that a slime ball "lawyer" Carol Ann Mosses will be taken off the legal field Shame on you Carol Review above is posted as my own opinion only, based on personal experience of Carol Moses's professional abilities Review above is posted as my own opinion only, based on personal experience of Carol Moses's professional abilities
