All this company is going to do is gather information about your situation that can be used against you by your termite company. They spent 4 days gathering information from me and asked questions like "list everyone who knows about your damage" and "what do you think the termite company did wrong?" I couldn't find a single case where this firm actually sued a termite company on behalf of a homeowner.

I received a denial of representation letter based on misinformation given to the lawyer. Based on the recommendation of that letter we scheduled and had a free inspection completed by the Forida Department of Agriculture and Customer Services. Based upon that inspection and the recommendation of this law firm, I recontacted them. Through a paralegal, I was told they still didn't want to assist with no real explanation of why.

Called in for a consultation and never heard back even when I called in a second time to follow up. If they don’t have the decency to follow up with potential clients, then chances are they won’t do a good job with other issues.

Just another trash lawyer grabbing cash till they head out to the Florida keys. Lies and deception.
