My initial contact from them came via email requesting more information. The email contained two typos within three sentences, and the form attached looked like it was formatted by a high school intern...no letterhead, contact info, instructions for return, and no secure email address to protect any sensitive information. Burg Simpson made my life easier. June 16th, 2023 we were T-boned by a driver who ran a red light. I suffered a severe break of my left clavicle that required surgery. A few days after the accident I was contacted by the insurance co. I was still on pain medication and these numerous insurance reps kept asking me what I could have done to prevent the accident. At this point, we contacted Burg Simpson. We had a great meeting and they took over the adversarial relationship with the insurance co. Since that time they have kept me posted via e-mails and phone on exactly what was taking place on my case. Everyone at Burg Simpson was so polite and understanding. I feel that the settlement was very fair to me, and I am sure we would not have received it without legal help. While the cash will help rebuild my life ( golf and skiing) the most important aspect of the whole case is we didn't have to deal with the 2 insurance companies that didn't have our best interest in mind. We cannot recommend Burg Simpson highly enough. They are more than a great Law Firm they are good people that are pleasant to work with.

My recommendation would be not to use them. My wife has had a case that Nick Fogel has been handling for years. I end up communicating with them because it frustrates her so much. He is extremely slow to answer questions. We don't know what is going on with the case. He won't directly answer questions we ask. I called to complain and find someone to help me and got told I needed to leave him a voicemail and someone from H.R. would go listen to it? I told the lady that answered the phone I didn't understand how that would help. She said she couldn't do anything else.
