Worst most unprofessional useless attorneys ever that don't answer their phone or emails and don't even know the laws they're supposed to represent and don't have the balls to defend my civil rights especially against a judge that's been targeting me for more than 15 years now. I'm in an abusive unconstitutional conservatorship and Jack refuses to acknowledge the fact and get me control of my money and cars and my life back. It's ruined my life having these attorneys and nobody else will even talk to me while they're still the court appointed attorneys and even though I've fired them in writing multiple times they won't change the court records so I can get a better attorney with the balls to defend my civil rights and challenge a blatantly corrupt incompetent uncaring judge that doesn't deserve his job. I swear I know conservatorships are not completely 100% legal and I'm gonna have them abolished permanently for the good of the mentally ill individuals being taken advantage of in this horrible country

This law firm is an absolute joke. We are in the middle of a child custody case, the judge in our case assigned this law firm to represent this kids to receive an unbiased representation. Needless to see they were assigned to the case in April. I immediately reached out to them, no response. I called every other week for April, may, June, and now July. The only response we have received was a request for child report cards, immediately emailed to them as requested. They had a third party investigator reach out to us to schedule and interview as they are from out of state. Needless to say the investigator did not call during the scheduled time. We are a couple of weeks now out from the hearing, and sitting in the dark. This law firm is an absolute joke, an absolute waste of tax payer dollars and should have their license to practice revoked. I feel bad for anyone who actually hires this firm to represent them.

These lawyers are a joke! Unfortunately they were assigned to be my children’s lawyer and it was the biggest mistake the judge could have ever made. As soon as they were assigned, I called and talked to a gentlemen and explained my entire situation. We talked on the phone for over an hour. After everything was said and done with me talking about how bad I wanted my babies back, the gentlemen said to wait for a zoom call from their law firm so they can see my house was fit for my children’s living. Weeks went by and nothing. I kept calling and received no response. I left 4 voicemails for someone to call me back and nothing!!! We go to the court date and they said they visited the house my children were staying at and all was good. They never even contacted me about investigating my house to see how well I have it set up fit my children to live in. They just automatically sided with the paternal grandmother. So unfair, unprofessional, and straight up sickening! I am an amazing parent and haven’t been able to get my babies back because these idiots, “so called” attorneys are lazy and didn’t even give me my day in court. Horrible! I would not recommend them at all! I’m calling the Better Business Bureau and reporting them. Stay away from hiring them!!!

Osborn was assigned to our case. By the court. His lack of real interest in checking facts along with the total disregard for truth ,causing a good amount of our funds to be depleted. We experienced lack of proper counsel. Osborn was. Undo influanced by the other party and as far as I. Feel that is not professional not responsive.any time the other party filed against us ,Osborn did nothing to help us,so if you are looking for good counsel I would advise to look elsewhere Brown White and Osborn is a bad choice

Andrew Beechko is unprofessional and has quite a temper. Their office rarely returns calls and I have witnessed him have childish outbursts. He participated/ assisted in the severe parental alienation of three minors, who are now psychologically damaged. I have witnessed him lying in court on several occasions and seems to be two faced. Saying one thing, then doing another. If you ever have the misfortune of dealing with guardianship/ probate court/ anything involving your children, expect it to be like pulling teeth getting this man or anybody from his office to get back to you.
