Here's what our community members have to say:

“In January 2024 I decided to ship for new floors. National Floors Direct came to my home and gave me a quote, took a $500 deposit while registering that it is refundable should I decide not to use them within three days. I cancelled within the three days but they refused to give me back my $500. Thanks to the Brooklyn DA's office I was able to get my money back within a blink of an eyes. A very special thanks to Mr. Krishna Khawani, of the Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection. You and your staff has done a fantastic job and it is greatly appreciated. Case 24-043657-MI”

“Brooklyn District Attorney 's office is doing a great job with community service involvement via Black History month events, Lunar New Celebrations, Diwali parties and more.”

The Brooklyn District Attorney's Office is committed to serving the Brooklyn community through effective legal action and active engagement. We strive to protect our residents' rights and ensure a safe and just community for all.

Absolutely despicable. District attorney and "victim's rights advocate" pretty much blamed me for a series of crimes committed against me. Treated me like an imbecile that "needed help" but had no interest in arresting and trying the low life scumbags who committed a CRIME against myself and others. This office should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Don't ever come here expecting justice, because they have absolutely no compassion or interest in putting away the criminals. Yes, I was young, stupid, and naive back then, but that does NOT make what happened to me okay at all. Maybe this disgusting district attorney and her victim's rights advocate should learn how to do their jobs properly. You're dealing with real life victims, show some compassion and respect. Because that is not what I got at all from this horrible place.

They are liars and disrespectful. I tried to kill myself inside building lobby. They don’t support transgender life.
