If you have to deal with these people you are probably in a rough situation, they don't care. Sociopaths out for the cash. Oh you have medical needs that you need the money in your account for well that's your problem not theirs, you need medications to survive its ok we will get our cash from your body when your gone. You don't have a job, oh you're on account with someone that does have a job we will just take their money that they worked overtime to pay for your meds. It's like the mob with the law on their side.
Yes, I told this company I was unemployed and was not working and discussing with them my situation letting them know my circumstances. They went a pushed a garnishment to my bank. Which they took all my money that was in my account leaving me without nothing to pay for food my expense for my shelter. Now I might be getting put out my place of residence. I call them and they going to say is nothing we can do. I'm sorry. I hope this company gets shut down. I'm struggling and the debt they collecting from written off back a couple of years. I'm getting ready to talked to a legal lawyer about this.

Absolute scam artists. Watch your garnishments CLOSELY and keep all of your own documentation! This office took me to court for a garnishment that I had paid in full over two years ago. I showed up to court with a letter from their law office stating that the account had been paid in full, and they told the judge that the letter was invalid, and the account had not been paid. After three court appearances, I was told that I had to pay the full amount again. Now their office has returned checks from my employer on more than one occasion and has dragged this case out for a total of three and a half years. I have called their office and so has the payroll department on several occasions, with no answer and no returned phone calls or explanation for why checks are returned every so often completely at random. Absolutely ridiculous. They should lose their license to practice law. Edit to add: They have intentionally avoided phone calls and refused to respond to voicemails. After over a month of attempted contact, they have added an additional interest charge after they returned the final payment with no explanation. PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!!!!

Scammers it doesn't matter if you move out of state and we're never served they will continue to use an old address no longer at to take your money. They are scum and the debt is not longer valid and beyond statue of limitations in state I live in now. Complaints filed with attorney general and cade is opened against them.
