My worst experience ever was with this attorney's office. I hired them for a traffic ticket I received for driving 82 in a 65 zone and was given a reckless driving ticket. It was my first ticket ever, and I was very worried about the impact on my driving record and job. Before the court date, I completed a 15-hour defensive driving course and 40 hours of community service. My friends told me I didn't need a lawyer since it was my first ticket and I had already taken those steps, but I was nervous and decided to hire one anyway. They overcharged me, but I didn't mind because I didn't want this on my driving history. The lawyer assured me that I didn't need to come to court as they would handle everything. I sent all the necessary documents, including my DMV driving history, defensive driving course certificate, community service certification, and other supporting documents, to my attorney. On the court date, they called and informed me that the case was dismissed and would no longer show up on my record, which made me happy as I could continue with my job. However, 3-4 months later, I was suspended from my job because the reckless driving charges were still on my record. When I checked online, I saw those charges. After a little investigation, I found out that on the court date, my lawyer had forgotten all the submitted documents at the office or something and failed to submit them to the court. The judge postponed the case to another day, but the lawyer didn't show up on that date either. The judge postponed my case again, and when the lawyer didn't show up for that hearing, the judge took it as a guilty plea and charged me. When I contacted the attorney's office, they pretended it must have been a mistake by the clerk's office and couldn't figure out what really happened because the attorney who represented me was on vacation or something. This negligence led to severe consequences for me, impacting my job and driving record.

LOOK NO FURTHER, Blanch & Hart law firm is the one you need!! I hired Patrick Blanch for a court matter and I could not be happier with my decision ! He showed me attention, care and concern that one rarely receives. He asked precise questions, gave specific instructions on what I needed to do and was VERY FAST with his responses to my emails/txt msgs. He ultimately helped get my charges and fines reduced, more than I could ask for! Sure, he can't get this for everyone, but he gave it his best effort and was honest and forthright throughout ! His warm demeanor and concern for my well being was genuine and sincere. I strongly encourage you to hire this firm for all your legal needs!!!

Ms. Carly Hart was recommended to me by a friend who said she was an exceptionally great lawyer. So, I had her represent me for a traffic case where she reduced my 4 point moving violation of speeding to a 0 point non-moving violation. It did not get reported to the DMV. All I had to do was pay the fine to court which I was happy with since I got to keep my driving record clean and it didn't affect my insurance. She is very professional, incredibly knowledgeable on the law, and very responsive. She is super nice too, and has made this whole process feel a lot easier for me, and she really is as great as everyone says she is!
