Matt Blado's response time was terrible. Very reactive. We talked about it multiple times and it never changed. Felt like I wasn't important. I think he can be competent if he's plugged in. But he wasn't. And when going through such a challenging time like a divorce, I needed someone that cared and was responsive.
The praise I have for Andrew Botros and his team are beyond words. My case was taken care of with great care and efficiency. Andrew knew how to deal with my high conflict ex husband. It is difficult to stay two steps ahead of a narcissistic personality and Andrew eloquently did so with each step. He was able to clearly communicate his ideas and strategies with me and listened to my feedback openly. Over the time we worked together we became a great team. The well-being of my kids was always put first, which was imperative to me. I have recommended Andrew and his colleges before and I will do it again. I am grateful for all his hard work, long hours, availability, and commitment to myself and my family.
Amazing team!!! Won my case!!! I am very impressed with the knowledge and capability of Mr. Andrew Botros! I have to say, the judges in the Courts of Appeal were impressed too! I did a lot of researches, read many reviews and asked around to find a right appellant attorney for my case… I’m extremely happy I introduced to Mr. Botros and handed my case to him! They were very reasonable with fees as well and he didn’t even charge me for many emails were going back and fort after my case closed… I greatly appreciate for what Mr. Botros and his team had done for me! Thank you!
The performance level is definitely not up to par especially when you consider the steep hourly rate and total charges that turned out more than double the initial estimate. Keep in mind nothing new came up beyond the initial cause for the appeal. Instead of describing the extremely disappointing level of performance most especially at the oral argument. I have a video ( about 14 minutes) I can forward to any interested party before you waste your $$. This video is a public record of the final oral argument that will speak for itself and clearly show what I mean when I say lacking performance!
Andrew Botros and his team are amazing. During my case, my main lawyer was Andy, my associate lawyer was Jenna Hoefler, and my paralegal was Karen Brown. All of them did a great job. After speaking with a bunch of lawyers, I realized Andrew was not only the smartest but also the one who knew the most about international custody issues. From our initial conversations, what struck me the most was his commitment towards the well being of my child. At the time I was considerably angry and he calmed me down and asked me: what do you think is the best for your kid? Not only is he a great lawyer, he is a great person. Andy also knew what strategy to follow to ensure I go the best custody deal I could dream of. He knew how to make the opposition shake and get nervous. This made them more willing to negotiate and offer me a better deal from what I would have gotten in a trial. At all times during the custody battle I was happy to have Andy as my lawyer. It was so easy to spot how much better Andy was compared to my ex's lawyer. For example, twice during the custody battle, my ex's lawyer requested pretty dumb ex-parte hearings. Andy told me exactly what was going to happen, and it did. When you know what you are doing, you can predict what's going to happen. I would highly recommend Andy and his team to anyone going through what I went through.
