We were charged an overwhelming $90,000 for inspection reports—without disclosure—when typical construction inspections cost around $5,000. The firm inflated numbers, delivered a subpar settlement, and took over three-quarters of the settlement fee instead of the agreed-upon 33% contingency fee. They justified this by citing nonexistent values they never created, then refused to provide a detailed accounting. Adding insult to injury, they dropped the case without conducting any standard depositions on defendants. This is the most dishonest firm I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs.
