Used Mr. Bellom's services to close on a property. The closing was finalized with no issues; however, subsequently I needed his services to rectify a tax property technicality. It took almost 2 yrs to fix. Mr. Bellom failed on multiple occasions to follow up or even return calls. Super unprofessional behavior and I would never recommend his services.
