I'm writing this review at the close of a long probate. After my mother passed, it became apparent that she had left quite a mess. I wish I could have handed Ms Battiest a textbook will and probate but unfortunately she was handed quite a challenging tangle. And add to all that, everything was handled completely long distance. But throughout the long probate process Ms Battiest and her team were always available for everything from simple questions to complex legal DocuSign documents to the maze of California/San Diego probate laws and processes. Dani Battiest and her team showed compassion for my situation and at every step of the long process, led me to feel complete confidence in their knowledge and professionalism. Of all my choices to manage my probate, I feel extraordinarily fortunate to have been referred to Ms Battiest's law firm. I heartily and without reservation recommend this law firm.

Dani and her team are amazing! They made the whole process easy to understand, easy to follow, easy to complete. Now we know our estate is in order and our children will be prepared to carry out our wishes as documented. We highly encourage everyone to do this sooner than later for your heirs so they have one less burden to cope with at your passing.
