• It sucked! Right before my Mother passed Mary and Gary's Moilenan had my Mother of 79 years at that point change from one Attorney, which she had used since my Father had passed in 2011. Mary and Gary's told my Mother, her direct words to me tge the original Attorney had lost his mind. My Mother nervous ly told me she was in Tom Baglemans office with Mary and Gary's, and they wrote up the same trust and will, not to worry. I said to my Mother it's totally her decision. I asked the four people of the speaker phone since I live in Florida to send me a copy, as I had a copy of the last one. Weeks went by with my constant asking for my copy which she agreed would be good so I could over look tge Executor Tom Bagleman, and Trustees Mary and Gary's Moilenan. They said it was in the mail, or it got lost in the mail. Mary let me speak to my Mother 20 days before she passed. But never again. Mary had excuse after excuse. Calling Tom early in this process Tom didn't have time for me. Finally I had to get sh ty. Tom took my meeting, as I explained my concerns of Mary having direct access to my Mother's accounts and their definitely money problems. Mary mixed my Mother's money with hers, just handing it out. No recipes, keeping money for herself. I had documents where Mary took out $20k at US Bank , which the check was made to me, then giving me only $15 k. All documented. Tom's only words were, Mary wouldn't do that. And we can take a look at everything after the final accounting. Which in fact when Mary turned in a check book ledger that was looked to have been done by a first grader, the Commisioner over looking the Trust declined the Statement. Tim only had 1 meeting with me and avoided me for weeks, months until I finally had to go home, secure my property to come back and fight these 3. Two things happened. Mary, Gary their Son and Daughter in law along with other relatives decided that even in the will and trust everything was left to me, they all decided to empty my Parents home of all collections, coins, stamps, baseball cards, along with my Mother's books, book collection, Mom loved antiques and had many , well until they were taken by this crew. But the best is when I went into Tom's office and asked the exceptional nice and beautiful young lady at the front desk if Tom was their. She said let me go see if I can see if he has a minute for you. I put my phone in my top pocket getting ready for the show, and I heard all the way from Tom's office, "Get that SOB out of my office , NOW!! Swearing at the top of his lungs he finally took a breath and I said," Good Morning Tom! Tom said " Call the Police" then heads started to pop up over cubicles. Then one bug guy and a smaller guy came rushing me. I believed they had bad intent, so I yelled over to Tom, Hey Tom I'm seeing you for 20 million!! To be continued. Btw, I didn't receive a copy of my Mother's will and trust docs for 52 days. When I received them there are pages missing and reactions. Do your homework before using this firm. All my statements are fact based, with documented info, as well as emails and text. These people are not very good criminals, I guess that's why their Attorney's, well this specific one. Thank you!
