The reason for lawyer jokes! DO NOT TRUST HIM. When you review your case filings there approximately 30% wrong because he stares at his notepad and doesn't look at you when you explain stuff to him. Yet when you question what he's written he charges you to rewrite it and or doesn't make the changes and says, " I got this, it will play out well in court". I Went through a 5-yr divorce with Stan as my attorney. My case could have been solved in 6 months with my X and me BUT stan kept telling me to deny any offer she asked me for because it was 100k too high for Stans calculations. He actually apologized 5 times for different issues and costs including delays throughout my case. Appearing in court was very embarrassing because he was always not prepared and stuttered when questioned by the judge. His bills are hard to read especially since he is vague in the wording which led to mistakes on his invoices. Durning mediation after 4.5 years of stans BS when reviewing my settlement number, HE admitted he miscalculated my numbers for 4 years and apologized and yet cost me roughly 250k in additional legal fees. He then lied about it and blamed me for his mistake! We went to a fee dispute with the San Diego Bar and he lied to them and perjured himself 4 separate times to cover his A**. He answered my cross-examination questions with "I don't recall" aka a typical liars answer in court. I actually thought he was going to break down when he teared up and said to the Arbitrators; "I'm just an attorney, I don't know how to calculate his information.". OMG it was only assets and business calculations which is your job and if you didn't know how to we could have hired a 3rd party, but he said he wanted to save me money and not to do it, GO FIGURE. He used his calculations for 4.5 years to give me false settlement numbers and then blame me which cost me the 250k extra. ANOTHER appalling point was he gave me other clients case files when I collected what I thought was my case files from his office. Some were on a flash drive, but all were hard copies as well. It contained their Personnel info including W2's, 1040 Tax filings Bank Statements, mortgage statements, family Social Security numbers including children, Medical records which is a HIPPA violation, personnel notes between the client and Attorney. Basically, anything Stan asked a client for was given to me so do it at your own RISK! IT WAS OVER 600 pages! Clients' info given to me is ED Najera vs Najera, Isom Mack vs Mack, Gavin Brown vs Brown, Lowell "Bud" Wharton vs Wharton. I told stan about this and he told me not to worry about it, sorry. When I asked Stan about this during the Arbitration hearing he responded, "I'm not sure how you got that info". Ultimately early on in my case I should have NOT trusted him when as my Divorce Attorney he should not have wanted to discuss his own personnel indiscretions when his wife was in the next room. Classic unethical behavior by this excuse of an Attorney! Whatever you do, especially if you have him now RECORD your meetings with him as it will pay off when you catch him in multiple lies for later reference.

If there were negative stars, I wouldn't even give them that because these trash excuses for people aren't practicing what they took and aoth to protect. They shredd actual Caring Business Creaters & Community supporters to global citizen, based on helpless claims. ((I'd rather have a homeless represent me))

Failed to communicate and execute in the best interest of my children, allowing perjury and omissions to be accepted, in front of the judge. No objecting! No disputing obvious falsehoods, causing major financial & emotional damages. He will be sued for malpractice, very soon.

I was always told you can never get back child support from an inheritance but Stan from Bacinett Law Office was a Rock Star in helping me get everything that was owed to me. I waited 22 years for this money and the day I saw it in my bank account felt like a dream, but it was real. This man is awesome.....

if you hire this lawyer you will be sorry. He ruined my life, don't let him ruin yours. His problem is he just does not care. He's just in it for the money. If you want further information , just call me.
