This attorney is manipulative and strategic from the start from my own personal account. She is using her position in her law firm and resources to attract the defense attorneys for her to win. He unusual offers are her connections of job opportunities for the defense attorney, I'm sure of it. Especially as a plaintiff attorney for landlord and tenants cases where she is representing the rich landlords trying to evict poor senior citizens on bogus charges. Money will corrupt attorneys as her. Trust me I'm in it as I write this.

After signing an agreement with Avery Strachan and Kerri Smith I wanted to meet them discuss their company, how they prepare for court, transfer cases from the office of Jeffery Tapper, and go over some important cases, and just to a better idea of how they operate. I provided them with an agenda a head of time so they could prepare and make plenty of time to go over everything. When I showed up no one was ready and had to wait almost an hour. When we got into the conference room I gave them a copy of the agenda and Avery asked what that was and I told is was the agenda I sent to both of them over two weeks. Immediately she goes into lawyer mode and starts arguing with me and I must over have told her over 5 times I am here not to argues but to discuss everything like an adult. She could not understand what it was like to talk and not argue. She refused to discuss anything on the agenda and only retuned a number of files and when I asked why she had no reason but said she only picks winner cases and kept them. She from past experience was 99% correct. When I went back to the office she only kept she kept the people with bad credit. I stopped talking to Avery and only spoke with Kerri afterwards due to her lack of professionalism. Avery is great in court but absolutely horrible with customer service and should not be interacting with any customers.

Avery consulted with me on a difficult tenant situation. Her thorough review of the signed documents helped me understand my options and her advice was great. She is wonderful to work with, knowledgeable on the law and really cares how it all turns out.
