The lawyer Carlos died and since my mom has had no communication with anybody in the office. Up until yesterday when we called, then today when my mom went to their office the woman tells my mom that her case is closed and settled, back in 2024 maria Guevara forced my mom to sign a document after my mom clearly told her she was not ok with the settlement amount. And today she said YES YOU DID. Like no that’s not what my mom agreed to , Maria is rude and unprofessional their whole office is rude and incompetent I do not understand how Maria still has her bar license and we’ll be submitting a bar complaint against her and any further action needed.
Rude rude rude. Don’t waste your time or your money. Unfortunately had to deal with Guevara for years and as was stated in another review, she is condescending, but also DEMEANING! Ask a question and when she gives you an answer that has nothing to do with that question she will act like that question is no longer valid because it’s “already been answered”. She clearly doesn’t have compassion for her clients in her words and in action. Steer clear.

Very good attention from the first moment, they listened to me, they let me express myself and resolved my doubts and concerns, they made me feel great support and confidence.
The two lawyers are rude and the secretary is super rude to clients, sometimes they don't seem like your defenders but rather your enemies, a very bad experience I had with them
