I contacted the Guerra's office to help us evict a very difficult tenant, who had already violated several terms of the lease agreement by trashing the property and not paying rent for about 4 months. My wife and I were extremely stressed and praying about this situation. To make matters worse, the property in question is located in a rent control zone, which makes eviction virtually impossible, and to top it all off the tenant kept on calling the city inspectors with bogus allegation just to bully us. Attorney Tracy did a superb job in answering all my questions and calming us down, whereas Maria and Christina, their office staff, were very professional and helpful at all times. At our trial, attorney Donna got us a fantastic deal, where the tenant was forced to vacate the premises very quickly--I couldn't have asked for more. May God bless you all!!!!

I talked to the office manager and I was told I have to go through the $350 consultation no matter what if I hire the law company or not and it would not be applied towards the retainer fee. She also was no cooperative in answering simple questions.

I was evicted and had to deal with this law office. I paid the amount that was due so that my wages could stop being garnished. Even after paying my wages continued to be garnished because the incompetent staff did not send the letter confirming that I had paid in full. This went on for months with follow up calls after follow up calls. Each time my check was garnished, the office would give me my money with some taken. If they had sent the letter to the court in the first place, I wouldn't have had my income checks garnished and they wouldn't have had to give it back reduced. Awful practice.
