Worst immigration lawyer ever possibly seen. lies about everything!!! only interested on taking payments and does nothing about the case for months!!!! doesn't answer calls or text and denies to see you in person or even make a telephone meeting. Her service is disgusting and would give her 0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and do not hire her.
The worse immigration lawyer. If I can rate Ms. Stephanie a zero I would but a one star for how much of a good lair she is and teaches her employees to lie like her is crazy. The amount of the depression this woman put me through is insane to the point I literally lost myself and the anger I had towards her taking forever with my case I was putting that anger towards people that actually cared for me. I remembered nights I couldn’t sleep because I was just thinking about my case wondering how I am making all these payments and being loyal to someone that didn’t care much about me, or my case. Ms. Stephanie held my case for almost two years before starting the process. I was so depressed and my anxieties were high, communication skills sucks literally probably doesn’t answer to emails and three months can go by without hearing from her. She had one job to do which was send over the extra documentation immigration was asking for and had 30 days to do so and that was the worst 30 days of my life. As I was wondering every night if she send over the documents, no response through email and her assistant are the worse lairs and tell you how they will ask Ms. Stephanie questions and get back to you and they will never call back. When I mean I never seen lack of communication I truly mean it. It took therapy for me to heal through this situation. I wasted money and her excuses was she was going through a lot, which was understandable but the fact that you couldn’t communicate and my case got denied because you couldn’t do the simple easy steps which was send over the last information was crazy for me, especially after almost two years for holding my case. Till this day Ms. Stephanie never reached out just to check about my wellbeing after all the depression she put me through and the anger she built in me to where I almost lost myself. I was thankful my a person I cared about was smart enough not to go through the process of his case with her. After taking almost 5000 dollars from him over a case she never started. Returned 1800 dollars back after cancellation with discontinued her being their lawyer because of lack of communication, and with all the money he paid her over the months over something she never started he got 1800 dollars back. I am surprised she’s still open and taking cases. If you are facing a huge immigration problem or any immigration issue I wouldn’t recommend. Truly a scam took me 8 months to make this post I had to truly heal. I thank god I was about to move on Ms. Stephanie I have forgive you. I know money is something we all need. but putting emotions on someone, especially as a lawyer you should know better. You will be taking family trips when your clients are wondering about their case is insane to me. Do not take a case if you know you won’t go through it and success it! No doubt, Stephanie Aretz, she save me and really give me a new life. I have known Stephanie for five years. At the beginning, when I applied for immigration status, I was almost repatriated and needed to leave USA. At the time, I lost my job and property and was poor and lonely. I have also found many lawyers. Either the price is sky-high, or it just want to receive money rather than my case success or not. Stephanie appeared in time, not only taking into account my financial problems at the time, giving me discounts and financial plans, the most important thing is that she is not like other lawyers, Stephanie can always fulfill her promise. Yesterday 12/13/2019, I took my citizenship oath, a foreigner who was almost kicked out of this country five years ago, and today is a dignified American. During my case process, Stephanie has never given me up, and she has been caring for my case even when she was sick. Now, if anyone questioned Stephanie's ability and enthusiasm, I will be the one first disagreement it. Stephanie is the best immigration lawyer.
This is a detailed review. I got referred to Stephanie Aretz by her fellow lawyer. When I met with her, Stephanie laid out a very detailed walk through of the timeline and the costs. When you go through the immigration process please realize how important those 2 factors are because of all the variables involved. I felt the costs were very fair (I did shop around for immigration attorneys) as was the eventual timeline of getting my green card. Highlights of the case: I-130 got approved without an interview. I-485 got approved over the phone (Covid Protocols, so no in person interview) within 5 minutes, with the immigration judge remarking specifically that my attorney had everything so thoroughly laid out with specifics and detail that she did not need to ask me anything. Bravo, Stephanie! My case will vary from yours, but I can say assuredly that I will hire Ms. Aretz again. She is well informed, kind and patient and her offices are very responsive. Never do you feel that you are in it by yourself.

Grace Chisholm was the main handler of our case (although we have interacted with Stephanie and Emily, who are both amazing as well), and from the very beginning it was clear that she not only knows the ins and outs of immigration, but she CARES about what she is doing as well. She evens speaks Spanish, which was so helpful. Grace was very upfront about how long it would take, pricing, and the amount of work it was going to take - and she gave us a quote that was very fair (I believe this now more than ever now that I know just how much work it is!). She was with us through the whole process. Her and her team have continued to help us with all our questions even though we have been in the states for two and half months already!
