  • Poor management. We got a appointment for 8am and it’s 10:48 and I still haven’t been seen. I do t understand their thought process to give a appointment to 30 people at 8am and then make them sign a sheet and call people upon people upon people but never get your name called. I have seen people come in and leave and come I. And leave. And yet we are still here waiting. We got told your next your next. But we have been next since 8:20am. So if someone can help me understand the appointment process would be helpful. Update : it’s now 12pm and we still here waiting. If you pay money for services and are given a appt than what’s the problem
  • Very poor management
