We hire Ms Dow we should have known better when she asked for $7,500 for something as simple as getting long-term care for my mother she wanted to start getting into a estate planning we don't need that and I told her that in the first place. After the initial call Ms Dow never made herself available we had to make an appointment to talk to her she wanted all the documents via email what attorney does everything by email especially with sensitive information. Then she says after the fact you could bring All the documents into the Boca office. she stated to me after the initial call I was not her client. Yet she found it necessary to call me yesterday basically saying that my father was incompetent like you didn't know what he was doing then she stated to me let's cut our losses cuz we're spending a lot of hours I'll bill you for what we did I said you didn't do anything then she got very snippy with me after I said I wanted every single penny back she raised her voice to me I didn't care for too much Ms Dow. you're very unprofessional and a very very ignorant to talk to me or my father in that manner And I think were trying to take advantage of my father And you even had put it on the email pretty much seeing my father was incompetent and he should be putting my sister's power of attorney with an attitude like yours I don't know how you stay in business No need to respond but I will be following a complaint about what you did thank you and have a great day

Throughout the entire process, she displayed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in elder law matters. What stood out the most was her compassionate approach. She took the time to listen to our questions and concerns and patiently explained all the legal intricacies in a way that was easy to understand. It was evident that she truly cares about helping our family navigate through challenging decisions. If you're looking for a reliable and caring professional in elder law matters, this is the attorney that you need.
Amy Dow gave a lecture on Elder Law at the Science Museum. I, and a friend, needed to have Trusts drawn up. I came from New York and thought all my documents were legitimate in Florida - they weren't. Amy educated us both on Trusts clearly and concisely. She is extremely professional and organized. She understands the ins and outs of many different types of families and advises accordingly. If you want an excellent attorney to address your needs, do not hesitate to call Amy Dow. She has an office in Boca Raton, as well as in Jupiter. Her assistant Kim is a delight.
I met Amy during the lowest time of my life..the loss of my husband. Amy not only helped me in setting up my will, but showed amazing compassion & care.
