Following a COVID-19 forbearance on a VA loan, my payment increased significantly on a trial modification. I retained Amerihope Alliance to work with my servicer and the VA to find a modification with better terms. After reviewing my financials and loan docs, I was informed that my case is pretty straightforward and the underwriter was confident that they could fight for a deferred modification with a lesser payment. After a few weeks of back and forth, I was essentially told to just accept the initial loan modification that was given to me. There was no “fighting” or other resolution sought out by Amerihope Alliance. All in all, it was a waste of money and time to retain Amerihope Alliance. What they did I could have done myself. Would not recommend. I should have went with my gut after I checked these reviews.

My case was difficult. Bank did not honor relief offered during Covid and issued wrongful foreclosure. I needed excellent service and got it.Rosie Gonzales was Aassigned. She made me feel I was her only Client and kept constant updates. She is a Master at putting package for Margaret yang to proceed the legal process. Together they got bank to settle out of court and saved my home. You will be glad to have them,if you are in need of excellent service

I had a horrible experience with this company. I was losing my house and trying to get a modification and was promised after telling them all the facts that my father was a cosigner and I got three months behind and they won’t accept the payment now, after paying them almost $5000, I was told six months later that we cannot do a modification because my Father Didn’t live at the residence full-time. I tried to argue with them that I told them this they won. Why did they take all my money and let me lose my house after 13 years of owning it. They made me feel like I’m matter what they would come up with a solution, and that absolutely was not the case. I ended up losing my home and being homeless with my two children. And when I called there to speak with Scott, the man that talked me into going with the company, he was no longer working there and they didn’t want to talk with me. I swear they were involved with PHH mortgage and GMac mortgage co. My house sold for almost $300,000 when I bought it for 125,000 very sad and still not over it and still not in a home yet. Still homeless

My mortgage was brought out and the new mortgage holder was a nightmare, could never get in touch them and trying to do a modification myself was unsuccessful. Amerihope helped me tremendously especially Rosie Gonzalez and I am happy to say they got my modification completed and back on track. I highly recommend if you are in a foreclosure situation with a lender who won’t answer calls or doesn’t email and a phone number that didn’t work. You also have to take full responsibility and be willing to do what is needed from you! Lots of paperwork, patience and your responsibility to payments. I highly recommend them.

I cant even put into words how grateful I am for this firm and how they helped us. We had been having financial difficulties for a while and fell behind on our mortgage payments. We applied for a modification on our own last year and didn’t get approved. We tried to keep up as best we could but earlier this year our bank decided to initiate foreclosure. I was a wreck I just wanted to keep my house. I looked around for an affordable attorney and sent a message to Amerihope explaining what was going on. Debbie called me the very next day. She took down all my information and was able to ease my fears. I decided to retain them based on her and how confident she was that they might be able to help. Within days of them being retained I was contacted by Gregory Nordt to discuss my case. As my case went through all the different departments I was notified on the status of my file. Then I had the pleasure of speaking Rosie Delgado. She is amazing she explained fully how the firm works and how the process works on their end. My case was officially assigned to Ruth Gross. She was absolutely phenomenal! She called me to let know what documents to submit. I sent them over to her ASAP and then received a call the very next day so she could let me know what was missing. I got them to her that same day and with three days the package was completed. My lender at one point stated that they were missing documents I forwarded her the letter they sent me and that same day she had contacted them and got the package to their underwriting department. I received weekly phone calls and emails letting me know what the status of my case was. She was also able to answer any questions my husband and I had and answered them promptly in almost every case within hours. As stressful as it all was I always felt I was in good hands with this company. In some instances the funds for the service fee were not available on the due date. The payment t department was amazing they worked with us to pull the payment 2-3 days after the due date with no trouble. We were informed today we got approved for a trial modification. For the first time in three years I don’t feel the stress and fear that we are going to lose our home. Put your trust in this firm if you do everything they advise you to good results will come. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU Amerihope I will be forever grateful for what you did for me and my family!
