  • John Cable's statements of Kriger Law is false and slanderous. John Cable is clinically diagnosed as bi polar. I am one of the son's in the Estate John is referencing and the Alpha Wolf. Kriger Law did an excellent job; he is highly educated and experienced and a great communicator! Folks, suggestion- when planning your estate make a resolved effort NOT to make a sibling an executor (foolish & subtle nepotism). Don't put off estate planning. A family can't blame an executor nor estate attorney if the family member isn't pro-active in organizing every detail on all assets & policies to the Estate planner. Estate planners aren't mind readers nor magicians.. they can only help... if the family member's estate diligently provides all details and has periodic updates. Peace

  • There is no assistant, and when he does the trust, it is 80%copy and paste. Alvin is the probate lawyer for a very large $12 million estate. Because it avoided probate , he and executor, thought that they could do anything they wanted to do. They got deadlines wrong. They filed with the inventory report a year and a half after my father pass away. It’s supposed to be shared with the beneficiaries 90 days. Any freshman in law school can do trust documents. 80% of it is copy and paste boiler plate. I’ve dealt with many probate lawyers over the years with my 35 years with the Royal Bank of Canada, and he is by far the worst I’ve ever seen as far as deadlines, many typos, and errors on the trust document, explaining to the beneficiaries, just the simplest things. He does not proofread trust documents, so you’ll find errors. I truly believe he does not have spellcheck because I do believe he’s over 85 years of age. I am quite surprised. This is almost 2 years after my father passed away and he is still going to continue to stretch out this probate process. I am really surprised that he wants to have his name public so you can do reviews. He is the attorney for the Family and they head of the family is the executor talk about conflict of interest. Let me explain the family attorney. Let’s call her C 0N. She is also the executor and trustee to the estate so if this isn’t a conflict of interest, I don’t know what it is My father hired him to avoid probate so far last year he in the last 20 months he has charged over $32,000 in fees and has done nothing to avoid probate and this is just the beginning. Please avoid this gentleman and we’re gonna bring us up to Wisconsin Law Since I believe he’s over 85 he doesn’t have to even pay for licensing anymore I think but I don’t think that’s right
