As part of the Nearby Lawyers platform category, designed to connect local users with essential legal services, Alderman Law Firm is a prominent legal entity situated in Miami Shores, Florida. This introduction aims to provide a detailed, objective overview of the firm, drawing upon publicly available information and customer feedback to give potential clients a comprehensive understanding of what to expect.

Alderman Law Firm is located at 9999 NE 2nd Ave #211, Miami Shores, FL 33138, USA. This address places the firm within a key commercial and residential hub in Miami Shores, making it accessible to individuals and businesses in the surrounding area. Proximity to major thoroughfares and local amenities typically contributes to the convenience for clients seeking legal counsel.

The firm's contact information includes a phone number: (305) 200-5473, and a mobile phone number: +1 305-200-5473. These contact points are crucial for initial inquiries, scheduling consultations, and maintaining communication throughout the legal process. The availability of both a landline and a mobile number suggests a commitment to accessibility for current and prospective clients.

When considering legal services, prospective clients often weigh various factors, including the firm's environment, the range and quality of services offered, unique features, and any promotional information. While specific details about the firm's physical office environment are not extensively detailed in the provided information, the address suggests a professional office setting within a multi-unit building, common for legal practices.

However, an important aspect of understanding any service provider, especially in the legal field, involves examining client experiences. Public reviews can offer valuable insights into the operational aspects and client-facing interactions of a firm. It is critical to present these objectively for a balanced view.

Some client reviews indicate significant concerns regarding the firm's internal organization and management. One review states, "The office is extremely disorganized. The attorneys aren’t sure how to handle these cases." This suggests potential challenges in case management and efficient workflow. Furthermore, there are claims of high employee turnover, with a reviewer noting, "There has been 10 Paralegals here within 1 year, who have all quit." High turnover among support staff can sometimes impact continuity and consistency in client service.

The reviews also touch upon the demeanor and communication style of the firm's owner. One client mentioned, "Owner is disrespectful with the employees and clients, and does not know how to speak to people. Owner has too much pride, and thinks everyone runs on his time." Another review echoed this sentiment, stating, "Yells at clients while they’re in a clear vulnerable state, then goes on a rant of how being a lawyer is too much for him." Such feedback, if representative, could indicate a challenging client interaction environment, which is a significant consideration for individuals seeking supportive and empathetic legal representation.

Concerns about the handling of client documents have also been raised. A review states, "clients complain about files they gave to him that he lost." The loss of crucial client documents could have serious implications for legal cases and underscores the importance of robust organizational systems within a law firm.

The longevity of the firm is mentioned, with one reviewer stating, "The fact that this grandpa opened this firm for more than 15 years and it’s STILL a small firm, should tell you what you need to know." While size alone does not dictate quality, this comment suggests that despite its tenure, the firm may not have experienced significant growth or expansion, which some clients might perceive as a reflection of its operational dynamics. The same review also raises concerns about the owner's well-being and professionalism, stating, "If his unprofessionalism isn’t the reason he’s out of business soon, it’s definitely because of his age. Or the fact that he’s gonna be in a mental facility, this grandpa is not well and needs to see someone quick." It is important to note that these are direct quotes from public reviews and reflect the subjective experiences and opinions of those individuals.

While the provided information does not detail the specific practice areas Alderman Law Firm specializes in, the general context of a "Nearby Lawyers" category implies a focus on common legal needs within the local community. Without explicit details, it is difficult to elaborate on the specific types of cases the firm handles or the expertise of its attorneys in particular fields.

Promotional information for law firms often highlights their successes, client testimonials (positive ones), unique approaches to legal challenges, or community involvement. Given the nature of the provided reviews, no positive promotional information was available to include in this objective introduction. Potential clients are advised to conduct their own due diligence, perhaps by scheduling a consultation, to assess the firm's suitability for their specific legal needs.

The office is extremely disorganized. The attorneys aren’t sure how to handle these cases. Owner is disrespectful with the employees and clients, and does not know how to speak to people. There has been 10 Paralegals here within 1 year, who have all quit. Owner has too much pride, and thinks everyone runs on his time. The energy in the office was always off. The assistant associate sabotages the work of the Paralegals, and when caught up in his lies, the owner just makes excuses for him. Don’t even bother working here.

The fact that this grandpa opened this firm for more than 15 years and it’s STILL a small firm, should tell you what you need to know. Very unorganized, clients complain about files they gave to him that he lost. Yells at clients while they’re in a clear vulnerable state, then goes on a rant of how being a lawyer is too much for him. Clients would talk crap to me about this dude. Even other Attorneys in the building tell me how shocked they are I was still working as a Paralegal with him, and I wasn’t even there for 5 months yet (which apparently was a world record with this guy). If his unprofessionalism isn’t the reason he’s out of business soon, it’s definitely because of his age. Or the fact that he’s gonna be in a mental facility, this grandpa is not well and needs to see someone quick. Nurse! He’s out again!! Go get him

The Alderman Law firm is a boutique law firm powerhouse. As their Process Server and provider of court reporting services I have worked on multiple cases together wherein I have witnessed the abilities, techniques and professionalism of the attorneys and staff. They are well respected by the judiciary and opposing counsel. They practice in the Federal and State court system and have clients all over the world. I wholeheartedly recommend the Alderman Law Firm.
