My review is LONG overdue. I have worked with Attorney Korey and her crew on several occasions with automobile accidents since 2019 so unfortunately they know who I am at this point *shamed* Nonetheless, everyone was respectful and communicative by phone, text, email. I did not encounter any issues with their responsiveness. Attorney Korey herself would reach out, so its not like you would be exclusively speaking with her staff (which were all great btw) unlike previous attorneys I've conducted business with. Attorney Korey is very sweet, personable, and offers reasonable advice. She fights for you and makes professional recommendations throughout the journey of your case. Very knowledgeable staff and warm personalities. I was initially referred to Albury Law Group by my mom. Since then I have referred a few friends and plan on continuing to do so. My go-to group. I was pleased with every settlement.
Korey and her team are sooo sweet. I’m 21 years old and I’m the first person within my immediate family that has ever had a car accident so of course the experience was a bit scary because I didn’t understand how everything worked. Being the guinea pig of my family wasn’t fun but since the very first call I had with Korey she was very professional and nice. Although, I didn’t have many questions throughout my case because I was learning, Korey and her team made sure to let me know that any questions or advise I needed were always welcomed.
