Our company has worked with Mitch for over 10 years. He’s great at reviewing contracts only. Anything else that requires litigation, he doesn’t like conflict. It’s upsetting when his solution is always to pay it and settle. Mitch’s office is located in capitol mall building where other larger firms are located. I get the impression he is easily intimidated. Anyone that is considering hiring him, I suggest you get everything in writing regarding his fees. Especially, if you tell him something verbally. He charged for settlement talks when we specifically told him to wait until actual court date and let judge decide. I understand that attorneys need to make a living. We just feel some of his charges were unnecessary as he only cares about making a profit. Attorneys should be confident in their work and have a passion for defending their clients.

Mitch Abdallah referred myself and several other clients to an unlicensed architect who set me and several others back months, possibly longer before we realized the scam. Mitch even held a meeting with a large group of his clients at a conference room in his building where he introduced the “architect” as the guy who could navigate us through a challenging permitting process. Once confronted, Mitch didn’t own up to his poor judgement and never once apologized. We lost an immense amount of money and time due to Mitch Abdallah’s piss poor judgment. There are other issues with my interactions with Mitch, but this one should be enough for anyone considering his “services” to run, not walk, from working with him. One star is too generous. As illustrated below in his refutation of the facts, Mitch is a petty little man that should not be confused with a MENSA candidate.

Mitch was great to work with. He accommodated the time-sensitive nature of our request and volunteered to review our documents over the weekend. That was super-generous of him. He showed up on Monday, well prepared, with fantastic feedback, comments, and suggestions. Thoroughly professional - I would highly recommend Mitch and the Abdallah Law group for all legal work.

I hired Mitch for a real estate purchase and I am so thankful. I had a very with window to secure a deal and he was great! Not only did he review all materials within a timely manner, he made himself available for my many questions and delivered documents in record time. If you need a great real estate lawyer, Mitch is your guy for sure!

Mitch Abdallah was very accommodating and quick, to understand our problem and propose a solution. His fees were reasonable and he was quick to take action to resolve our problem. I highly recommend Mr Abdallah and I plan on using his services again. Michael Lyon

Based on the provided customer reviews, Abdallah Law Group, P.C., and specifically Mitch Abdallah, are noted for certain areas of legal service while client feedback also raises questions about others. The most clearly indicated service is contract review. The reviews suggest some general business law practice, but with specific caveats regarding litigation and conflict management.
Here is a list of services based on the provided information, with necessary contextualization from the reviews:
- Contract Review: One client explicitly states, "He’s great at reviewing contracts only." This indicates a strength and primary area of positive feedback for this specific service. Businesses and individuals seeking thorough examination and advice on legal agreements may find this aspect of their service beneficial.
- General Business Advisory (limited scope): The mention of "Our company has worked with Mitch for over 10 years" suggests a relationship with business clients, likely involving some level of general legal advice, though the reviews strongly suggest this is outside of high-conflict scenarios.
- Settlement Discussions: Reviews indicate involvement in "settlement talks" for cases that might otherwise proceed to litigation. However, client feedback suggests a tendency towards recommending settlement even when clients prefer to proceed to court, and concerns about billing for these talks without explicit client instruction.
- High-Conflict Case Handling (with significant caveats): While one review describes a "high-conflict custody case," the firm ultimately declined to take on the case, indicating a potential preference or limitation against highly contentious or complex litigation. This suggests that while they may consult on such cases, their capacity or willingness to litigate them may be limited.
- Referral Services (with significant caveats): One review details Mitch Abdallah referring clients to an "unlicensed architect." While referring clients to other professionals can be a service, this specific instance highlights a significant negative experience, raising concerns about due diligence in referrals.
It is important for prospective clients to engage directly with Abdallah Law Group, P.C. to confirm the full scope of their current services and to discuss their approach to specific legal matters, particularly those involving potential conflict or litigation, given the detailed nature of the client feedback.
The features and highlights of Abdallah Law Group, P.C., particularly regarding Mitch Abdallah, are drawn directly from the client reviews provided. These highlight both perceived strengths and significant concerns, offering a multi-faceted view of the firm's operations and client experiences.
- Strength in Contract Review: A clear positive highlight is the explicit feedback that Mitch is "great at reviewing contracts." This suggests a meticulous and competent approach to analyzing legal agreements, which is a crucial service for businesses and individuals.
- Long-Standing Business Relationships (with caveats): The firm has evidently maintained relationships with some clients for "over 10 years." This could indicate a level of consistency in basic legal services for certain clients, though the nature of these long-term relationships is further qualified by other feedback.
- Location in Prestigious Capitol Mall: The firm's office in the "capitol mall building where other larger firms are located" can be seen as a highlight, implying a professional setting and potentially convenient access for clients in Sacramento's central business district.
However, the reviews also highlight several significant areas of concern that act as crucial features for potential clients to consider:
- Aversion to Conflict/Litigation: A prominent feature noted by a client is that Mitch "doesn’t like conflict" and his "solution is always to pay it and settle." This suggests a preference for settlement over litigation, which may not align with clients seeking aggressive advocacy in court.
- Perceived Intimidation: The impression that "he is easily intimidated" by larger firms suggests a potential lack of aggressive stance or confidence when facing more formidable legal opponents.
- Concerns about Fee Transparency and Practices: Clients have expressed strong concerns about billing, specifically advising others to "get everything in writing regarding his fees. Especially, if you tell him something verbally." One client noted being "charged for settlement talks when we specifically told him to wait until actual court date and let judge decide," leading to feelings that "some of his charges were unnecessary as he only cares about making a profit." This highlights a significant concern regarding clarity in billing and alignment with client instructions.
- Questionable Judgment in Referrals: A highly critical review details a severe incident where Mitch Abdallah "referred myself and several other clients to an an unlicensed architect who set me and several others back months, possibly longer before we realized the scam." This represents a substantial red flag regarding due diligence and professional judgment in providing client referrals.
- Lack of Accountability/Apology: Following the issue with the unlicensed architect, the client states that "Mitch didn’t own up to his poor judgement and never once apologized," leading to a loss of "immense amount of money and time." This suggests issues with professional responsibility and client relationship management in difficult situations.
- Perception of Attorney Confidence and Passion: The review critically states, "Attorneys should be confident in their work and have a passion for defending their clients," implying that these qualities were perceived as lacking by at least one client.
- Negative Personal Characterization: One reviewer offers a highly negative personal assessment of "Mitch" as a "petty little man that should not be confused with a MENSA candidate." While highly subjective, such strong negative characterizations in public reviews indicate a very poor client experience.
These features, particularly the serious concerns raised, provide a comprehensive picture for Californians evaluating Abdallah Law Group, P.C. for their legal needs.
For a professional legal practice like Abdallah Law Group, P.C., traditional consumer-oriented "promotions" or "special offers" are not typically advertised. Law firms generally focus on professional fee structures and engagement terms. However, based on the client reviews, there are critical considerations regarding fee practices that prospective clients should be aware of, which act as a form of "offer" or more accurately, a warning regarding the terms of service.
While Abdallah Law Group, P.C. does not publicize discounts or special deals, the reviews directly highlight the importance of upfront and explicit agreement on financial matters.
- Crucial Advice on Fees: A primary "special offer" from clients themselves is the explicit advice: "I suggest you get everything in writing regarding his fees. Especially, if you tell him something verbally." This is not an offer from the firm, but rather a strong recommendation for anyone considering their services to ensure complete clarity and documentation regarding all charges.
- Potential for Charges for Uninstructed Work: The concern raised about being "charged for settlement talks when we specifically told him to wait until actual court date and let judge decide" implies that charges may be incurred for actions not explicitly authorized or desired by the client. This serves as a warning that prospective clients need to be exceptionally clear and firm about what services they are authorizing and the associated costs.
Law firms typically operate on an hourly basis, a flat fee for specific services, or sometimes a contingency fee (though this is less likely for general business or contract review). For Abdallah Law Group, P.C., any initial consultation may or may not be charged, and this should be explicitly clarified beforehand.
Given the strong feedback regarding billing transparency and the perceived motivation of "making a profit," prospective clients must be diligent in understanding and documenting all financial aspects of their engagement with Abdallah Law Group, P.C. It is imperative to have a detailed fee agreement in writing that outlines all services to be rendered, the associated costs, and the circumstances under which any additional charges may apply, ensuring no misunderstandings arise.
For individuals and businesses in California considering legal assistance, Abdallah Law Group, P.C. is located in Sacramento.

Prospective clients are encouraged to utilize these contact details to reach out to the firm. Connecting by phone is typically the initial step to discuss your legal needs and inquire about their services. Given the detailed client feedback regarding communication and fee practices, it is strongly advised to be prepared with specific questions about their service offerings, billing structure, and how they handle client communication and directives. Ensuring clear, written agreements on all aspects of your legal representation from the outset is recommended.
In conclusion, for locals across California, particularly those in the Sacramento area seeking legal counsel, Abdallah Law Group, P.C., and specifically attorney Mitch Abdallah, presents a mixed picture based on available client reviews. While the firm is noted for competence in specific areas like contract review and is conveniently located in Sacramento's Capitol Mall, the detailed feedback from former clients raises significant considerations that potential clients must carefully weigh.
The emphasis on explicitly getting "everything in writing regarding his fees" and the concerns about being charged for services not expressly authorized highlight critical issues regarding billing transparency and adherence to client instructions. Furthermore, the strong sentiments about a perceived aversion to conflict/litigation, potential intimidation by larger firms, and a highly serious incident involving a referral to an "unlicensed architect" underscore a need for extreme caution, particularly for cases that are high-stakes, involve aggressive litigation, or require proactive due diligence in referrals.
For Californians considering Abdallah Law Group, P.C., it is imperative to conduct thorough due diligence, explicitly discuss and document all expectations regarding case strategy, communication protocols, and financial arrangements, especially in writing. While the firm is physically accessible, the negative feedback suggests that suitability heavily depends on the very specific nature of the legal need and a client's willingness to meticulously manage the attorney-client relationship to mitigate potential concerns raised in these public reviews. Ultimately, making an informed decision necessitates a full understanding of both the firm's stated services and the detailed experiences of past clients.
