- Strategic and Results-Oriented: The comment "He does not act unless sure he will win" suggests a careful and strategic approach to taking on cases, prioritizing positive outcomes for his clients.
- Reasonable Fees: Despite the significant amount of work he puts into his cases, his fees are considered "very reasonable" by at least one client.

Seemed pretty down to earth and straight forward. I did a paid consult with him over a landlord tenant issue ( I’m the tenant) He advised me on steps to take on my own as he thought it may be unnecessary and costly to hire him. Saved some $
No clue where the bad reviews come from. I have used Greg twice and he is insanely generous with his time and knowledge. He will dig so deep in the law books to make sure he knows for sure what needs to happen. He does not act unless sure he will win. His fees are very reasonable considering the amount of work he does on your behalf.
Caveat emptor: let the buyer beware. You may get an invoice out of the blue months later for a service you didn't understand he intended to charge you for. There are much better attorneys out there, keep looking.
This Guy represents a dirtbag landlord, he harassed me via mail for this landlord and didn’t stop until I threatened to file harassment charges on him. This person he represents, doesn’t even have proper building permits to rent out his basement for a living space, writes out bogus contacts, and rips people off for their deposits and tries to say that there’s damage to the property when I’ve got video evidence this is not true. See both of you in court, have fun defending this guy that can’t afford to pay you, with all the fines and fees adding up monthly through the bureau of development services, and having to pay everyone else that lives there deposits back, plus the cost of moving fees for having to kick them out without cause, which could max out around $5,000 per person. Plus they can sue for their rent and paid bills back to their move in dates; for being subjected to living in an unwarranted living space.
Would absolutely recommend. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to review all the paperwork I brought. He explained everything very well, went over all my options, and took the time to answer all my questions to make sure I understood.
